Allowance for Full-Time Employees. Twelve (12) days of sick leave with full pay are allowed employees whose work year consists of more than forty (40) weeks. Ten (10) days of sick leave with full pay are allowed employees whose work year consists of forty (40) or fewer weeks. The unused portions of the annual sick leave allowance in any one (1) year may accumulate without limit. When an employee is appointed before January 15 of any year, the employee is given credit for the full annual sick leave allowance. An employee appointed on or after January 15, but before August 15, is given credit for one-half (½) the full annual sick leave allowance. An employee reappointed within five (5) years after resignation is given the benefit of any accumulated sick leave which remained to the employee's credit at the time of resignation. A sick leave bank was established for members of this bargaining unit in September, 1992. Sick Leave Bank guidelines were established by a joint committee of DAEOP and DPS representatives, and may be modified as provided in the Sick Leave Bank guidelines.   • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.

  • Regular Full-Time Employee A regular, full-time employee is one who is scheduled to work a minimum of forty (40) hours per week, on a regular basis.

  • Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38-hours per week.

  • Full-Time Employee A full-time employee shall be an employee who is normally scheduled to work not less than forty (40) hours per week, consisting of five (5) eight (8) hour working days.

  • Full-Time Employment Employees who are employed on a full-time basis will work 38 ordinary hours each week or an average of 38 ordinary hours each week over a cycle of shifts.

  • Full-Time Nurse is a Nurse who is hired to a position on a regular or temporary basis to work the work period described in Article 7.00 of this Agreement.

  • Regular Part-Time Employees A regular part-time employee is one who works less than full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular part-time employees accumulate seniority on an hourly basis and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement. Regular part-time employees shall receive the same perquisites, on a proportionate basis, as granted regular full-time employees.

  • Overtime-Eligible Employees Employees who are covered by the overtime provisions of state and federal law.

  • Full-Time Only During the year of the leave, seniority shall continue to accumulate. Service for the purposes of vacation and salary progression and other benefits will be retained but will not accumulate during the period of the leave.

  • All Employees The Company shall not include the shift differential in any employee’s wage rate for the calculation of overtime.
