Ambulance Equipment and Supplies. Each ambulance shall, at all times, maintain 7 an equipment and supply inventory sufficient to meet federal, State, and local 8 requirements for BLS, ALS and/or CCT level ambulances, including the 9 requirements of Agency Equipment and Drug Inventory Policy. CONTRACTOR 10 shall be responsible for stocking all expendable supplies.

Ambulance Equipment and Supplies. Each ambulance shall, at all times, maintain an equipment and supply inventory sufficient to meet federal, State, and local requirements for ALS level ambulances, including the requirements of San Joaquin County EMS Agency policies and procedures. Contractor shall be responsible for stocking all expendable supplies including medications. Each ambulance shall be equipped with the following equipment which shall be procured new for this contract:

Ambulance Equipment and Supplies. Each ambulance shall, at all times maintain an equipment and supply inventory sufficient to meet Federal and State requirements for ALS level ambulances, including the requirements of the City. At its cost, Contractor shall be responsible for stocking all expendable supplies including medications. All medical equipment shall be in good repair and in working and safe order at all times. Contractor shall have sufficient medical equipment and expendable supplies so that there is a sufficient backup to accommodate replacement during repair and for times of excessive demand in the system. The Contractor shall furnish, operate, maintain, and replace, as necessary, any and all items of equipment, apparatus and supplies, whether real, personal, or otherwise, necessary to fulfill its obligations under the Agreement. The Contractor shall furnish and maintain a detailed inventory of medical equipment and supplies on board its ALS ambulances.

  • Equipment and Supplies Independent Contractor, at Independent Contractor's sole expense, shall provide all equipment, tools and supplies necessary to perform the Service.

  • Personnel Equipment and Material Engineer shall furnish and maintain, at its own expense, quarters for the performance of all Engineering Services, and adequate and sufficient personnel and equipment to perform the Engineering Services as required. All employees of Engineer shall have such knowledge and experience as will enable them to perform the duties assigned to them. Any employee of Engineer who, in the reasonable opinion of County, is incompetent or whose conduct becomes detrimental to the Engineering Services shall immediately be removed from association with the Project when so instructed by County. Engineer may not change the Project Manager without prior written consent of County.

  • Office Equipment The Client must not install any cabling, IT or telecom connections without the Provider’s consent, which the Provider may refuse at its absolute discretion. As a condition to the Provider’s consent, the Client must permit the Provider to oversee any installations (for example IT or electrical systems) and to verify that such installations do not interfere with the use of the accommodation(s) by other Clients or the Provider or any landlord of the building.

  • Equipment and Materials Contractor at its sole cost and expense shall provide and furnish all tools, labor, materials, equipment, transportation services and any other items (collectively, "Equipment") which are required or necessary to perform the Services in a manner which is consistent with generally accepted standards of the profession for similar services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, District shall not be responsible for any damages to persons or property as a result of the use, misuse or failure of any Equipment used by Contractor of the Contracted Parties, even if such Equipment is furnished, rented or loaned to Contractor or the Contracted Parties by District. Furthermore, any Equipment or workmanship that does not conform to the regulations of this Agreement may be rejected by District and in such case must be promptly remedied or replaced by Contractor at no additional cost to District and subject to District’s reasonable satisfaction.
