Payment of Charges All amounts chargeable to Borrower under Section 6 hereof shall be Obligations secured by all of the Collateral, shall be payable on demand and shall bear interest from the date such advance was made until paid in full at the rate applicable to Revolving Credit Loans from time to time.
Amount of Sick Leave (a) Full-time Employees - Full-time employees shall accumulate sick pay credits at the rate of one and a half (1-1/2) days per month for each calendar month of service up to a maximum credit of 240 days. The Parties agree that full-time employees will not accumulate sick leave credits during the separation period during July and August.
Statement of Charges A statement of the specific charges against the employee shall be written in ordinary and concise language, shall include the cause and the specific acts and omissions, including times, dates, and location, on which the disciplinary action is based and shall state the penalty proposed.
Military Reserve Leave 1. Any employee who is a member of national military reserve unit or National Guard shall be allowed up to seventeen (17) days leave without loss of pay or other accumulated leave, when ordered to active duty by the appropriate unit during the regular term. Finance Charge Each Receivable provides for the payment of a finance charge or shall yield interest calculated on the basis of an APR ranging from 0.50% to 22.05%.
In Charge Allowance (a) A registered nurse who is designated to be in charge during the day, evening or night of a residential aged care facility shall be paid in addition to his or her appropriate salary, whilst so in charge, the per shift allowance set out in Item 8 (for less than 100 beds) or Item 9 (for 100 or more beds) of Table 2 of Schedule B to this Agreement.
Reinstatement of Vacation Days - Sick Leave In the event an employee is sick or injured prior to the commencement of his/her vacation, such employee shall be granted sick leave and the vacation period so displaced shall be added to the vacation period if requested by the employee and by mutual agreement, or shall be reinstated for use at a later date.
