Annual Accrual. Sick Leave shall be earned by the full time unit members based upon the number of 7 days worked during the school year. The following shall apply:

Annual Accrual. At the beginning of each fiscal year, each employee who has satisfied the eligibility criteria set forth in Section 1 shall be credited with an additional number of wellness credits equal to the number of sick leave hours they can accrue during a fiscal year. During the fiscal year, that number shall be reduced by subtracting one (1) wellness credit for each hour of sick leave used. In no event, however, shall the number of wellness credits subtracted during a fiscal year exceed the number of sick leave hours that can be accrued by an employee during a fiscal year. Once an employee has satisfied the eligibility criteria set forth in Section 1, this process of accruing wellness credits shall continue during each year of employment in the School District in a position covered by this Agreement, with no limit on the number of wellness credits that can be accrued.
Annual Accrual. EMPLOYEE shall accrue PTO at the rate of 9.85 hours per pay period, in accordance with the provisions detailed in the NCTD Employee Handbook. EMPLOYEE’s accrual of PTO may be adjusted based on an accrual schedule adopted by the BOARD, and subject to change from time to time, at the BOARD’s discretion. The maximum amount of PTO that EMPLOYEE may accrue at any time is as established for NCTD employees and detailed in the NCTD Employee Handbook, which is subject to change on the same terms and conditions as other management-level employees.

  • Annual Accounts A copy of the final audited financial statements including Balance Sheets and Profit and Loss Accounts with associated accounting policies and notes to the accounts within the 10 Months of the end of the accounting period, as per the deadline imposed by Companies House, for Contractors registered in the UK. Where Contractors are not registered with Companies House, they must forward the information detailed in Annex 1. Where Annual Accounts are not signed off, we may request a copy of the latest Financial Year Draft Accounts prior to Annual Accounts being signed off. The draft accounts should include Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account with associated accounting policies and notes to the Accounts.

  • Leave Accrual After the first 30 days of active military service in any one calendar year, employees shall not accrue City-paid vacation, holiday, or sick leave benefits or other forms of paid leave; provided, however, that any public employee on military leave for intermittent training periods shall continue to accrue the same vacation, sick, and holiday leave up to a maximum period of 180 cumulative days per calendar year as if the employee had not been on military leave.

  • Vacation Accrual Regular employees shall accrue hours of vacation with pay for each hour of compensation to a maximum of eighty (80) hours per biweekly work period according to the following schedule, commencing with the employee's hire date of his latest period of County employment.

  • Vacation Earnings for Partial Years ‌ (a) During the first partial year of service a new employee will earn vacation at the rate of one and one-quarter days for each month for which they earn 10 days' pay. (b) During the first and subsequent vacation years an employee will earn one-twelfth of the annual entitlement for each month in which the employee has received at least 10 days' pay at straight-time rates. Where an employee has taken more vacation than earned, the unearned portion taken shall be charged against future earned credits or recovered upon termination whichever occurs first.

  • Plan Year The year for the purposes of the plan shall be from September 1 of one year, to August 31, of the following year, or such other years as the parties may agree to.

  • Maximum Accrual Vacation credit may be accumulated to a maximum that can be earned in four (4) years. Further accumulation will not continue when the maximum is reached. When an employee’s vacation reaches the maximum level, and if the employee has been denied vacation during the twelve (12) months, the employee will be paid for the time denied but no more than eighty (80) hours in a pay period. 80 hours 320 hours 120 hours 480 hours 160 hours 640 hours 180 hours 720 hours 200 hours 800 hours 240 hours 960 hours
