Annual Implementation Plan. As necessary to support the overall objectives and directions of the three-year plan, the annual implementation plan shall include information services requirements, plans, projects (which may include Projects) for the upcoming year, including details on operations, maintenance backlog and development activities. The annual implementation plan shall include a summary review of Vendor’s performance of the Services in the year then concluding, and shall provide updates and revisions of the three-year plan as appropriate. The annual implementation plan will also include any Enhancement Activities generally known within the information technology industry at the time of the particular annual technology plan which could be implemented into the Services on a short-term basis (i.e., during the term of the annual technology plan) and an initial benefits analysis with regard to such Enhancement Activities and the implementation of same. As part of the process for preparing the annual implementation plan, the Parties shall review the overall operation of this Agreement with regard to a determination of whether the Services are meeting ACI’s strategic IT requirements.
