Appearance Money. 20.2.2.1. Production Services employees required to undertake their normal duties on stage/performance space while in view of an audience during the performance will be paid an allowance at the rate provided for in Schedule 3 of this Agreement.

Appearance Money. 18.1 If the staff are required to appear before an audience as part of their normal duties, then no extra payment will be made. The wearing of "blacks" is not considered as an appearance in costume and will not warrant extra payment. EIFS will provide these "blacks" should they be needed. If staff are required to work in costume or make-up EIFS will pay a minimum of £7.66 and no more than £11.41 per performance.
Appearance Money. Intention – To compensate Theatre and Technical Services employees for undertaking their normal duties on stage/performance space while in view of an audience during the performance. Employees in Theatre and Technical Services working in view of the audience, will be paid an allowance of $9.99 per performance. This allowance will not apply to employees: o working in a blackout on a stage o who handle musical instruments and other equipment during a concert interval, change in movement, act or program o employed in Sound & AV Services required to mix a concert in view of the audience Adjustments to this rate will occur in line with salary movements contained in this Agreement. The Manager, Production & Presentation will attempt to resolve any disagreement as to the application of this allowance, prior to the matter being resolved by the dispute resolution procedure

  • CLOTHING AND EQUIPMENT (a) Employees required by the Employer to wear uniforms will be supplied with an adequate number of uniforms appropriate to the occupation free of cost to Employees. Such items are to remain the property of the Employer and be laundered and maintained by such Employer free of cost to the Employee.

  • Personal Property Reimbursement Employees shall, in proper cases, be reimbursed for the repair or replacement of personal property damaged in the line of duty without fault of the employee. The amount of reimbursement for articles of clothing shall be the depreciated value based on the age and condition of the article. Reimbursement for a watch shall be limited to the functional value of the watch.

  • Protective Clothing and Equipment (a) The Employer shall provide and pay for all reasonable protective devices, clothing and other equipment necessary to properly protect Employees from injury and unhealthy conditions in the performance of their work. The Employer shall make provisions for the proper cleaning and maintenance of all safety equipment, devices and clothing at no cost to the Employees. The Employer shall make available to Employees an updated copy of applicable Health and Safety Legislation, Regulations, Policies and Standards including, but not limited to:

  • Insubordination 5. Bringing intoxicants or illegal drugs into or consuming intoxicants or illegal drugs on any school property or reporting to work under the influence of intoxicants or illegal drugs of any kind in any degree whatsoever;

  • STANDARD EQUIPMENT All items of standard equipment which are provided by the OEM shall be furnished unless such items are expressly deleted by the Authorized User or are specified to be other than standard in the Mini-Bid. When Optional equipment is specified, all components listed in the OEM’s data book as being included with the Option shall be furnished.

  • Filing Systems and Equipment A complete and comprehensive catalog of filing systems including vertical and lateral files, bookcases, mobile cabinets and freestanding file cabinets.

  • Personal Property Damage Upon submission of reasonable proof the Employer shall repair or indemnify with respect to damage to the chattels of an employee while on duty caused by the actions of a patient, resident or client provided such personal property is an article of use or wear of a type suitable for use while on duty.
