Appendix A - Project Execution Management Team Role and Responsibility Matrix. ‌ Project Manager IT Lead (s) Business Lead Vendor Project Manager Responsible for the execution of the PM methodology and project plan and day to day management of the project. Responsible for ensuring IT needs are met and IT resources are included appropriately in the project. This includes ensuring that project issues that require IT resource input are resolved quickly and that any deliverables that need to be completed or reviewed by the IT resources are completed per the project schedule.   • Development Responsibilities From and after the Effective Date, BMS shall assume sole responsibility for the Development of Compounds and Products in the Field in the Territory during the Term at its own cost and expense (including responsibility for all funding, resourcing and decision-making, subject to Sections 3.3 and 3.4), except with respect to the performance by Ambrx of the Research Program activities assigned to Ambrx pursuant to the Research Plan and as otherwise may be agreed upon by the Parties in writing. BMS, by itself or through its Affiliates and Sublicensees, shall use Diligent Efforts to Develop a Compound or Product in the Field in accordance with the Development Plan for the purpose of obtaining a Regulatory Approval in each Major Market [***]. For clarity, it is understood and acknowledged that Diligent Efforts in the Development of Compounds and Products may include sequential implementation of Clinical Trials and/or intervals between Clinical Trials for data interpretation and clinical program planning and approval.

  • Connecting Transmission Owner’s Scope of Work and Responsibilities The Connecting Transmission Owner will design, construct, own, operate and maintain all Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities, except as otherwise stated above and in the Project Specific Specifications. The Connecting Transmission Owner will complete all engineering reviews, field verifications and witness testing, etc. in accordance with the ESBs and the Project Specific Specifications. Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide the revenue metering CT/PT units and meter socket enclosure. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall: • provide, run, and wire both ends of the color-coded cable for the revenue metering instrument transformer secondary wiring; • perform all terminations; and • supply and install the meter. The revenue meter may require a communications link to the RTU. The Connecting Transmission Owner will specify and run those communications cables. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall complete all wiring, testing and commissioning of the RTU.

  • ARCHITECT’S RESPONSIBILITIES § 2.1 The Architect shall provide professional services as set forth in this Agreement. The Architect represents that it is properly licensed in the jurisdiction where the Project is located to provide the services required by this Agreement, or shall cause such services to be performed by appropriately licensed design professionals. § 2.2 The Architect shall perform its services consistent with the professional skill and care ordinarily provided by architects practicing in the same or similar locality under the same or similar circumstances. The Architect shall perform its services as expeditiously as is consistent with such professional skill and care and the orderly progress of the Project. § 2.3 The Architect shall identify a representative authorized to act on behalf of the Architect with respect to the Project. § 2.4 Except with the Owner’s knowledge and consent, the Architect shall not engage in any activity, or accept any employment, interest or contribution that would reasonably appear to compromise the Architect’s professional judgment with respect to this Project. § 2.5 The Architect shall maintain the following insurance until termination of this Agreement. If any of the requirements set forth below are in addition to the types and limits the Architect normally maintains, the Owner shall pay the Architect as set forth in Section 11.9. § 2.5.1 Commercial General Liability with policy limits of not less than « » ($ « » ) for each occurrence and « » ($ « » ) in the aggregate for bodily injury and property damage. § 2.5.2 Automobile Liability covering vehicles owned, and non-owned vehicles used, by the Architect with policy limits of not less than « » ($ « » ) per accident for bodily injury, death of any person, and property damage arising out of the ownership, maintenance and use of those motor vehicles, along with any other statutorily required automobile coverage. § 2.5.3 The Architect may achieve the required limits and coverage for Commercial General Liability and Automobile Liability through a combination of primary and excess or umbrella liability insurance, provided such primary and excess or umbrella liability insurance policies result in the same or greater coverage as the coverages

  • Client Responsibilities You are responsible for (a) assessing each participants’ suitability for the Training, (b) enrollment in the appropriate course(s) and (c) your participants’ attendance at scheduled courses.

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.

  • Contractor’s Responsibilities Unless stated specifically to the contrary in the tender with full supporting explanations, the contractor will be deemed to have concurred as a practical manufacturer with the design and layout of the works as being sufficient to ensure reliability and safety in operation, freedom from undue stresses and satisfactory performance in all other essentials as a working material.
