Quality Reviews. Distributor agrees to maintain Avaya’s high standards for Products a service quality. Distributor agrees to abide by all Avaya quality policies and periodically visit Business Partner website for policy and procedure changes. Distributor agrees to participate in Avaya’s Customer Satisfaction Surveys. Avaya may conduct performance reviews of all Distributor responsibilities and Distributor fulfillment of Avaya’s quality policies.
Quality Reviews. COMPANY’S Quality Assurance and NEKTAR AL’S Quality Assurance agree to meet as needed to discuss outstanding quality issues. COMPANY and NEKTAR AL will meet as necessary to review quality issues related to the obligations and responsibilities as described in this QUALITY AGREEMENT.
Quality Reviews. Pharmacy shall periodically, but not less frequently than once per year, perform written quality reviews of Pharmacy’s performance in fulfilling its obligations under this Agreement, and shall provide Celgene with copies of such reviews. Pharmacy shall administer a validation checklist to each employee performing services related to Product upon completion of such employee’s initial training and annually thereafter, and shall provide Celgene with copies of such checklists. Pharmacy shall fully cooperate with Celgene in fulfilling all of its obligations under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, quality reviews.
Quality Reviews. To maintain Avaya’s high standards for End-User satisfaction and Avaya Product and Service quality, Reseller agrees to abide by all Avaya quality policies, and periodically visit the BusinessPartner website for policy and procedure changes. Reseller agrees to participate in Avaya’s Customer Satisfaction Surveys. Avaya may conduct performance reviews of all Reseller responsibilities and Reseller fulfillment of Avaya’s quality policies.
Quality Reviews. Nova Factor shall periodically, but not less frequently than once per year, perform written quality reviews of Nova Factor's performance in fulfilling its obligations under this Agreement, and shall provide Biogen with copies of such reviews. Nova Factor shall administer a validation checklist to each employee performing services related to Product upon completion of such employee's initial training and annually thereafter, and shall provide Biogen with copies of such checklists.
Quality Reviews. The Agency will review PDHP quality at least annually. Such reviews may incorporate onsite, focused, retrospective, reviews by external organizations, and tracking and trending of complaints and grievances. Should a review reveal that the PDHP’s performance is not acceptable, the Agency may require the PDHP to submit a corrective action plan. Failure to provide a corrective action plan within the time specified or failure to comply with the corrective action plan shall be cause for administrative action by the Agency.
Quality Reviews. The Steering Committee will meet periodically to review quality issues related to the obligations and responsibilities as described in this Agreement. During this periodic review, quality issues related to the past production by Bio-Techne will be reviewed. The information presented and discussed during the review meeting will be documented by Bio-Techne as a part of the Annual Product Review. The Steering Committee will approve the final draft.
Quality Reviews. The scope of the Quality Reviews would include review of the Continual Service Improvement Program. These reviews are to be conducted along with the Quarterly Business Review Board’s meeting every quarter. The metrics to measure the continuous improvements will be agreed upon by both parties at the end of stabilization phase.
Quality Reviews. The Developer’s PQM or designated representative shall document formal reviews to verify that the Approved QMP is being effectively implemented.
Quality Reviews. Each Party shall conduct random quality assurance reviews of its Copromotion activities from time to time during the Detail Requirements Period and may conduct such reviews after expiration of such period if approved by the Marketing Committee. The reviews shall include satisfaction surveys sent to Target Prescribers within the Territory with whom such Party’s Representatives have interacted. Each Party shall disclose the results of such reviews, together with such Party’s analysis and interpretation thereof, to the other Party within 60 days after the receipt of such results and analysis.
