Work Breakdown Structure. The following table lists the high-level work breakdown structure that will be established and maintained for the Task 6 activities.
Work Breakdown Structure. (WBS) is a hierarchically-structured grouping of project elements that organizes and defines the total scope of the Project. Each descending level is an increasingly detailed definition of a project component. Project components may be products (a product-oriented WBS) or tasks (a task-oriented WBS).
Work Breakdown Structure. Developer shall organize the PBS in a manner consistent with the WBS. Developer may add WBS elements and/or levels to those presented in Attachment 2-2 with TxDOT’s written Approval. Developer shall further develop and detail the initial WBS in accordance with its specific Schedule Activities and retain the ability to summarize to at least the same level as shown in Attachment 2-2 or as approved by TxDOT. Developer shall assign the WBS structure consistently and uniformly among all similar activity types and shall develop the WBS with clearly identifiable linkages to the Schedule of Values and Schedule Activities.
Work Breakdown Structure. The USG has provided a Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS) template (See hxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/xxxxx/amcg/contracts/Pages/toolkit.aspx) and the Contractor shall further delineate the CWBS to Level 5 as part of their Integrated Master Project Plan. The WBS shall be discernable and consistent. BARDA may require Contractor to furnish WBS data at the work package level or at a lower level if there is significant complexity and risk associated with the task. This report shall be due within 90 days of contract award. Updates shall be due as requested by the COR or Co-COR.
Work Breakdown Structure. This Section describes the work breakdown structure that has been re-organized to clarify funding by the SFWMD, IMWID, and FDACS for completed tasks; and to address remaining unfinished tasks.
5.1 Land Acquisition for Phase 1
5.2 Development of Design-Build Contract Documents by Selected Firm for Phase 1
5.3 Bidding and Contractor Selection for a Design-Build Engineering Firm/Contractor for Phase 1
Work Breakdown Structure. Identifies the phases within the overall Project implementation and the key deliverables within each phase. It may also delineate to the task level, if appropriate.
Work Breakdown Structure. (WBS) and WBS Dictionary
Work Breakdown Structure. The Alliance will utilize a work breakdown structure that allows it to effectively management and control the work activities. The detail level and type of work breakdown structure for each Phase shall be determined based on the type of work being performed [i.e., Task and/or systems]. The work breakdown structure will be consistent in the Project estimate, Project cost tracking, and Project scheduling system. Cost and schedule performance will be tracked at different levels of the work breakdown structure but will roll-up to the appropriate level for performance reporting.
Work Breakdown Structure. The Contractor’s Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) shall require the written approval of the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) prior to submission of the first invoice. The WBS submitted by the Contractor shall be in sufficient detail to track all incurred cost and labor hours to their lowest elements. For example, as a minimum, the WBS Structure and dictionary must be capable of breaking down labor cost, travel, materials, supplies, equipment, subcontracts, consultants, and other costs.
A. WBS Structure Use – The Contractor shall use the WBS structure approved by the COR as the basis for all contractual reporting, invoicing, and accounting;
B. Changes in WBS – On an annual basis the Contractor shall review their WBS Structure to ensure continued compliance with the work required. If a change is determined to be necessary, the Contractor shall submit a revised WBS for review and approval;
C. Subcontract WBS – The Contractor shall include the requirements of this clause in all cost-reimbursement subcontracts it issues when:
1. The value of the subcontract is greater than $250,000, unless specifically waived by the Contracting Officer; or
2. The Contracting Officer determines that the subcontractor effort is, or involves, a critical area related to the contract.
D. Example:
1. WBS Level 1: Contract Level Reporting
2. WBS Level 2: CLIN Level Reporting
3. WBS Level 3: SubCLIN Level Reporting (if needed)
4. WBS Level 4: Activity Level Reporting (if needed) Further levels as appropriate. (End of clause) Costs incurred by Contractor personnel for travel, including costs of lodging, other subsistence, and incidental expenses, shall be considered to be reasonable and allowable subject to the limitations contained in FAR 31.205-46 and the terms and conditions of this contract. Foreign travel is not expected to be incurred under this contract; however, in the event that foreign travel is required, it shall be subject to DEAR 952.247-70.
Work Breakdown Structure. The Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) shall provide the basis for all project control system components, including estimating, scheduling, budgeting, performing, managing, and reporting, as required under this contract.
