In the event of a conflict between the rules and regulations appearing in The University Student Housing and Hospitality Services Contract Guide and this contract, the provisions of this contract shall govern. Student violations of these rules and regulations may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to referral to the Office of Student Conduct and/or termination of the University Student Housing and Hospitality Services Contract.

Applicability of Rules and Regulations. These Rules and Regulations apply to all persons entering and using the Harbor, including without limitation all Licensees, Owners, and their Invitees. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Rules and Regulations and the terms and conditions of a License, the License will control. Port reserves the right at any time and from time to time to change or rescind any one or more or all of these Rules and Regulations or to make such other and further Rules and Regulations as the Port determines are in the best interest of the Port, the environment and/or the Harbor.
