Applicable National and International Standards. The Service Provider shall ensure that cognisance of all applicable national and international standards, is taken in the execution of his/her own work and that of his/her sub-consultants in the design and compilation of specifications for this project. International standards should only be used where no national standards exist, or where it is the norm to use or refer to international standards, or as instructed by the Employer.

Applicable National and International Standards. The Works must comply with certain National and International Standards. These include: • ICAO • SANS (SABS) Where required, compliance with these and other National and International Standards have been specified in the Standard and Project Specifications.

All designs shall be in accordance with all applicable bylaws and building regulations. Aviation design compliance standards (ICAO) and ACSA policy and procedures shall be always adhered to. FIDPM (Framework for Infrastructure Delivery and Procurement Management) The project will also be delivered in line with the implementation of projects as set out in the Framework for Infrastructure Delivery and Procurement Management (FIDPM) which should be aligned to the project work stages. Bidders are to familiarise themselves with the project stage deliverables as stated in the FIDPM. See attached Annexure C5.6. Projects will also be managed in accordance with the ACSA Project Management Manual and Processes.

The COLTO Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Works for State Road Authorities, 1998 or any subsequent updates or revisions to COLTO as may be published and adopted during the contract period. The COTO Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Works for South African Road Authorities, 2020. Related to Applicable National and International Standards

  • International Standards 1. Each Party shall use relevant international standards, to the extent provided in Article 2.4 of the TBT Agreement, as a basis for its technical regulations.

  • Professional Standards The Contractor agrees to maintain the professional standards applicable to its profession and to Contractors doing business in the United States Virgin Islands.

  • Environmental Standards If the contract amount set forth in this Contract is in excess of $100,000, the Contractor shall comply with all applicable standards, orders, or requirements issued under section 306 of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. § 7606), section 508 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. § 1368), Executive Order 11738, and Environmental Protection Agency regulations (2 C.F.R. Part 1532), which prohibit the use under non-exempt Federal contracts of facilities included on the EPA List of Violating Facilities. The Contractor shall report any violations of this paragraph to the State of Indiana and to the United States Environmental Protection Agency Assistant Administrator for Enforcement.

  • ETHICAL STANDARDS 10.7.1 Within 90 days after the Effective Date, Developer shall adopt written policies establishing ethical standards of conduct for all Developer-Related Entities (other than NTTA), including Developer’s supervisory and management personnel, in dealing with (a) TxDOT and the Independent Engineer and (b) employment relations. Such policy shall be subject to review and comment by TxDOT prior to adoption. Such policy shall include standards of ethical conduct concerning the following:

  • Environmental and Social Standards 1. The Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the Environmental and Social Standards, in a manner acceptable to the Association.
