Applications on Behalf of an Individual Employee. A contribution on behalf of an individual employee that qualifies for a premium pay award shall be for a single occurrence. The following criteria are applied to each instance. The contribution was: • Within 1 year of the employee's last annual performance/pay review date, • Developed on the employee's own initiative, and • Beyond normal job expectations. The contribution resulted in: • Measurable improvement to the City's image and/or services; and/or • Better use of manpower, materials, machinery, methods, and/or money.   • Full Employer Contribution - Basic Eligibility Employees covered by this Agreement who are scheduled to work at least seventy-five (75) percent of the time are eligible for the full Employer Contribution. This means:
