Applications Software. As an individual, you are granted a world-wide non-exclusive license, which includes only the right to install, use, access, display, run, or otherwise interact with ("RUN") one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, or any prior version for the same operating system, on a single computer. If you are an entity, you are granted the right to designate one individual within your organization to have the right to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in the manner provided above.
Applications Software. ACE and the Eligible Recipients shall maintain Software currency for Applications Software or other Software for which ACE is financially responsible under this Agreement. Subject to 9.8(a), IBM shall not install new Software releases or make other Software changes if doing so would require ACE or the Eligible Recipients to install new releases of, replace, or make other changes to Applications Software or other Software for which ACE is financially responsible unless ACE consents in writing to such change.
Applications Software. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be used only by you, or be included in your product and delivered as a solution to your end users. You may install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, or any prior version thereof for the same operating system, on a single computer but only for use in the number of written language(s) that you selected at time of first installation and in which you have acquired rights; provided that such use complies with all applicable laws. Applications Software. 1. SOFTWARE TO BE PROVIDED BY CUSTOMER: A) THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE:

In that regard, as of the date of this Addendum, and subject to the provisions of 2.7(b) of the Agreement, Customer hereby appoints ACS as Customer's agent to represent Customer in obtaining consent from these Software Licensors to such usage. Customer shall pay all expenses to obtain such consent. In the event ACS is unable to obtain such consent after reasonable effort, the parties shall exercise reasonable efforts in good faith to mutually agree on the appropriate alternative therefor. Customer is responsible for all costs associated with these Third Party Software Licenses, including maintenance agreement costs. This Third Party Software shall be retained by Customer after the date of this Addendum and shall not be transferred to ACS. All additional Third Party Software purchased by Customer over the term of this Addendum shall be identified by Customer within sixty (60) days of the purchase of same, and shall be subject to the provision of this Section.
Applications Software. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed per user. You may install and use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, or any prior version for the same operating system, on up to 5 computers simultaneously.
Applications Software. You may install, use, access, display, run, or otherwise interact with ("RUN") one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, or any prior version for the same operating system, on a single computer, workstation, terminal, handheld PC, or other digital electronic device ("COMPUTER").
Applications Software. You may install and use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, or in its place, any prior version for the same operating system, on as many computers as the number of licenses purchased (see the “Licenses” section above). The primary user of the computer on which the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is installed may make a second copy for his or her exclusive use on a portable computer.
Applications Software. During the Term, OTI will be responsible for selecting or defining requirements for all Applications Software. IBM agrees to operate the Applications Software selected by OTI, provided such Applications Software conforms to the Operating Environment specified in Schedule K. OTI will also retain responsibility for maintenance, support and all license and related charges for Applications Software. OTI will be responsible to audit, control and approve new Applications Software prior to its promotion into production.
Applications Software. In connection with the provision of Services, IBM shall be responsible for the Applications Software, as indicated on Schedule F (Software), except for SCA Retained Software as indicated on Schedule F (Software), or, for any Applications Software not listed on Schedule F (Software) or acquired after the Effective Date, as directed by SCA.
