Applications Software. As an individual, you are granted a world-wide non-exclusive license, which includes only the right to install, use, access, display, run, or otherwise interact with ("RUN") one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, or any prior version for the same operating system, on a single computer. If you are an entity, you are granted the right to designate one individual within your organization to have the right to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in the manner provided above.
Applications Software. ACE and the Eligible Recipients shall maintain Software currency for Applications Software or other Software for which ACE is financially responsible under this Agreement. Subject to 9.8(a), IBM shall not install new Software releases or make other Software changes if doing so would require ACE or the Eligible Recipients to install new releases of, replace, or make other changes to Applications Software or other Software for which ACE is financially responsible unless ACE consents in writing to such change.

Applications Software. You may install, use, access, display, run, or otherwise interact with ("RUN") one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, or any prior version for the same operating system, on a single computer, workstation, terminal, handheld PC, or other digital electronic device ("COMPUTER").
Applications Software. A single License shall grant Customer the right to install the Software Product for one user. The license includes the Software Product purchased by and licensed to Customer and listed on Cardinal's invoice. Customer must obtain multiple licenses for concurrent use of the Software Product by multiple users.

Applications Software. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed per user. You may install and use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, or any prior version for the same operating system, on up to 5 computers simultaneously.
Applications Software. Only one copy of the Software Product or any prior version for the same operating system may be installed on a single computer. This includes any Software Product purchased by and licensed to you as listed on Cardinal’s invoice to you.
Applications Software. During the Term, ADVO will be responsible for defining business requirements for Applications Software. ADVO will also retain responsibility for all license and related charges and for prioritizing the AD/M workload necessary to maintain and support all Applications Software. ADVO shall provide ISSC, to the extent ADVO has such license rights, with source code that matches all application load modules executed in the production environment for Applications Software. ADVO may reasonably audit, control and approve all new Applications Software prior to its promotion into production.
