IBM Responsibilities. The following is a list of responsibilities that will be required of IBM in order to fulfill the requirements of this Agreement. This list may not be all inclusive. IBM shall
1) negotiate and manage contracts and technical support with IBM Nominated Suppliers, 2) supply to MSL required IBM Parts and needed IBM Consigned Parts, 3) define allocation of IBM Customer Order deliveries if total demand cannot be supported for a period of time, 4) approve all EC's for Products prior to MSL's implementation of any change, 5) provide technical and business interface through the IBM Relationship Manager, 6) fulfill obligations as outlined in the Transition Services Supplement from the Effective Date to 12/31/98, 7) process qualification approval of all processes utilized by MSL, 8) provide engineering documentation and specifications as needed by MSL to manufacture and test Products as defined in the Product Attachments, 9) execute approve tooling agreements as needed, 10) provide maintenance for IBM IT systems that IBM requires MSL to use, ATTACHMENT 1 IBM/MSL Outsourcing Base Agreement Statement of Work
IBM Responsibilities. When Customer contracts for an applicable Service at a Specified Location, IBM agrees to deliver such Service in accordance with the terms and responsibilities identified in the Service description set out in this Attachment or the applicable Transaction Document.

IBM Responsibilities. IBM will assign a Project Manager who will have the authority to act on behalf of IBM in all matters pertaining to the project with the exception of contractual endorsement. The IBM Project Manager will:

IBM Responsibilities a) IBM shall provide access to digital content / SkillsBuild platform and associated training of students, job seekers and trainers/educators etc. via online workshops, webinars etc.
b) Nominate a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to coordinate for all project-related matters
c) IBM shall be responsible for the approval of Branding material like Banner, Standee, Flyers, Certificates etc.
d) Joint certification may be awarded to candidates upon successful completion of courses
e) IBM and partners will explore to promote various programs through offline / online /hybrid mode as maybe the case to create awareness with support from PARTNER
f) IBM will explore opportunities for the students and faculties to showcase their expertise (if any) in IBM conferences / events g) Support for above via its Implementation Partner Edunet Foundation
IBM Responsibilities. Starting on the Effective Date, IBM will provide the following Services within the United Kingdom during the selected Service Periods;
1. The provision of on-site and remote diagnostic and remedial maintenance service to keep the Machines in, or restore the Machines to, conformance with the manufacturer's published specifications.
2. The performance of preventive maintenance service according to the manufacturer's standards for each Machine, consisting of specific tests, adjustments and replacement of Parts as appropriate.

1. Participate in a one day Project Definition Workshop (PDW) to initiate the project, input to project plans and obtain required data, e.g. IP addresses, filesystem requirements and naming conventions
