ARTICLE NOTICES. Notices required to be served hereunder upon either the Union or the Employer shall be deemed to be served sufficiently if sent by Registered Mail, or any other means of delivery requiring a signature of the employee for evidence of receipt, or delivered to the Secretary of the Union and the Employee Relations Manager of the Employer respectively.

ARTICLE NOTICES. The Union may post notices of union matters on the bulletin board designated for their use by the Employer. The present time clock bulletin board is to be designated for union notices. ARTICLE8 All employees in the Bargaining Unit may belong to the Union. Employees who are members or may become members must remain members during the life of this Agreement. Effective on the date of this Collective Agreement, all new employees shall as a condition of employment become and members of the their successful completion of their probationary period.
