Associate Benefits. 23.1 All existing associate benefits have been the subject of negotiations leading to this Agreement. Unless expressly included in this Agreement, no associate benefits arise under this Agreement, and the Company is not obligated in any manner whatsoever to provide any benefits not expressly set forth in this Agreement.

Associate Benefits. You are entitled to participate in such Associate benefit programs as the Company provides from time to time for Associates in your position. In addition to your Associate benefits, the Company will reimburse you in accordance with Company policy for travel and business expenses.
Associate Benefits. 16.01 Employees in classification 3 shall be entitled only to prescription drug coverage as set out in the Letter of Understanding. Employees in classifications 2 and 1 shall have full benefit coverage as set out below and as described in the Letter of Understanding. The Company will provide life, dental, and medical insurance coverage for its employees and their dependents, the premium cost of which shall be paid for by the Company. The specific benefits and eligibility rules of the programs are set forth in the insurance booklets distributed to the employees. The Company agrees to provide dental coverage to 90% coverage for all three plans. The Company agrees to increase dental coverage to a maximum of $1500.00 per year as per details of the current dental plan and orthodontic coverage to a maximum lifetime of $2500.00 ($500.00 per year maximum) for eligible, legally dependent children 16 years of age as per the current dental plan.

Related to Associate Benefits

  • Executive Benefits The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all benefit programs of the Company currently existing or hereafter made available to executives and/or other salaried employees, including, but not limited to, pension and other retirement plans, group life insurance, hospitalization, surgical and major medical coverage, sick leave, disability and salary continuation, vacation and holidays, cellular telephone and all related costs and expenses, long-term disability, and other fringe benefits.

  • Other Fringe Benefits During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to receive such of the Company’s other fringe benefits as are being provided to other Executives of the Company on the Senior Executive Team.

  • Retiree Benefits Employees retiring on or after January 1, 2006 will be eligible for retiree benefits as presented to the Union Negotiation Committee during discussions for renewal of the Collective Agreements that expired December 31, 2002.

  • Health Care Benefits (a) Each regular full-time employee may elect coverage for himself and his eligible dependents* under one of the following health insurance plans:

  • Health Insurance Benefits To the extent provided by the federal COBRA law or, if applicable, state insurance laws, and by the Company’s current group health insurance policies, Executive will be eligible to continue Executive’s group health insurance benefits at Executive’s own expense. If Executive timely elects continued coverage under COBRA, the Company shall pay Executive’s COBRA premiums, and any applicable Company COBRA premiums, necessary to continue Executive’s then-current coverage for a period of 18 months after the date of Executive’s termination of employment; provided, however, that any such payments will cease if Executive voluntarily enrolls in a health insurance plan offered by another employer or entity during the period in which the Company is paying such premiums. Executive agrees to immediately notify the Company in writing of any such enrollment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Company determines, in its sole discretion, that it cannot provide the foregoing benefit without potentially incurring financial costs or penalties under applicable law (including, without limitation, Section 2716 of the Public Health Service Act), the Company shall in lieu thereof provide to Executive a taxable monthly amount to continue his group health insurance coverage in effect on the date of separation from service (which amount shall be based on the premium for the first month of COBRA coverage), which payments shall be made regardless of whether Executive elects COBRA continuation coverage and shall commence in the month following the month in which Executive incurs a separation from service and shall end on the earlier of (x) the date on which Executive voluntarily enrolls in a health insurance plan offered by another employer or entity during the period in which the Company is paying such amounts and (y) 18 months after the date of Executive’s separation from service.
