Association Business Leave. 1. Each year the Association shall be allowed fifteen (15) days of paid leave to conduct Association business. For all additional days used, the Association will pay the substitute teacher salary in effect. The Association agrees that these Association days shall not be used to support strikes or attending conferences/meetings which are primarily bargaining oriented.
