Attendees. Authorized representatives of Owner, Architect, and their consultants; Contractor and its superintendent; major subcontractors; manufacturers; suppliers; and other concerned parties shall attend the conference. All participants at the conference shall be familiar with Project and authorized to conclude matters relating to the Work.
Attendees. A Union staff member shall represent the bargaining unit alone, or with not more than five (5) employees. The Union will state the names and work areas of the employees, if any, who are to attend the meeting. Representatives of the Employer shall meet with the Union representatives. The Manager of Employee Relations will attend such consultations whenever feasible providing that his/her attendance may be specifically requested and complied with by notice of either the Union or the Employer.

Attendees. All parties identified in the Claim Packet or deemed necessary by the Department shall attend the Claim Settlement Conference. At a minimum, the Professional and the Bureau of Capital Project Design Management personnel assigned to the Project shall attend the Claim Settlement Conference.
