Availability Controls. Our products are designed to ensure redundancy and seamless failover. The server instances that support the products are also architected with a goal to prevent single points of failure. This design assists our operations in maintaining and updating the product applications and backend while limiting downtime. Redundancy: The infrastructure providers use designs to eliminate single points of failure and minimize the impact of anticipated environmental risks. Zapier’s product is designed to allow the company to perform certain types of preventative and corrective maintenance without interruption. Business Continuity: Zapier has designed and regularly plans and tests its business continuity planning/disaster recovery programs.
Availability Controls. Verint will maintain contingency planning policies and procedures defining roles and responsibilities on proper handling of contingency events. This shall include a business continuity and disaster recovery plan intended to facilitate the restoration of critical operations and processes which would allow for Verint’s continued performance of its obligations hereunder. Such plan shall be periodically reviewed, updated and tested by Verint.

Availability Controls. With respect to Hosted Subscription Services: • Cognyte shall maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans specific to its Hosted Subscription Services, and shall include data center failover configurations. • Cognyte shall maintain a backup of all Customer Data that Cognyte is required to retain as a part of the Hosted Subscription Services. In the event Customer Data becomes destroyed or corrupt, Cognyte shall use commercially reasonable efforts to restore all available data from backup, and remediate and recover such corrupt data

An Availability Test concerns one or several Service Types for a nominated FCR Power Obligation on one or several FCR Providing Groups. XXXX will verify that the power supplied (Psup_test) in reaction to an Availability Test requested by XXXX is at minimum equal to the BSP’s FCR Nominated Power for the Providing Group(s) and Service Type(s) concerned. In case the power supplied (Psup_test) fails to meet at least at the BSP’s obligations XXXX will reduce the BSP’s remuneration as foreseen in Art 9.1, taking into account the dispute resolutions mechanisms described in Art. 10.4 & 10.5 and without prejudice to any liability of the BSP for the non- fulfillment of his obligations under Art. 4 of the General Conditions. XXXX can request a Capacity Availability Test maximally 2 times per Delivery Period, Providing Group and Service Type. However, if results of one of the 2 Capacity Availability Tests are negative XXXX has the right to request another one. XXXX can request an Energy Availability Test for each Providing Group and Service Type maximally:
