Avoid Disruption. Upon completion of the IMAGE certification process, HSI will not conduct another Form I-9 inspection for a minimum of two years. Customer Service Companies receive the benefits associated with having a dedicated HSI IMAGE point of contact. Fine Avoidance HSI will waive potential fines if substantive violations are discovered on fewer than 50% of the required Forms I-9.
