BACKGROUND CHECKS AND SECURITY. Contractor shall perform criminal history background checks on each interpreter prior to their first instance of providing services, and annually thereafter. The initial background check requirement may be waived if the interpreter has had a criminal history background check performed within one (1) year prior to providing services under this Contract. Contractor must have on file annual background checks for the interpreters. The cost to conduct the background check will be borne by Contractor, and cannot be invoiced as a separate item therefore it must be included in hourly rates. Contractor shall not allow interpreters without background checks to be scheduled for Interpreter Services. The background check performed by the Washington State Patrol is the minimum standard. Washington State Patrol criminal history background checks are valid for one (1) year from date of issue. Contractor shall provide each interpreter’s background check results upon request by Enterprise Services or Purchaser. Should Contractor gain knowledge of any changes in criminal history of an interpreter, Contractor shall immediately notify Purchasers that have pending appointments with that interpreter. If Contractor determines an interpreter fails the background check or if there is an indication from the background check results that the interpreter may pose a risk to Purchasers (including Purchaser’s clients) (refer to the DSHS Secretary’s lists of Crimes and Negative Actions), Contractor is to immediately prohibit any interpreter from providing services under this Contract. Contractor shall also comply with any additional agency background check requirements in addition to this section.

Contractor shall complete a national background check and drug screen on all Contractor and sub-contractor employees assigned to this contract and provide a written report within 15 days upon award of contract. The report shall be submitted to the Orange County Utilities Safety Administrator, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, 0000 Xxxxx Xxxx Road, Orlando FL 32825, Phone: 000-000-0000, Fax: 000-000-0000. Employees are not permitted to begin work on Orange County Property until approval has been given by the Orange County Utilities Safety Administrator and a vendor ID badge has been issued by Orange County.
BACKGROUND CHECKS AND SECURITY. Contractor shall require all its employees to pass a background investigation and security training test conducted by the Airport’s Security Access Office in order to receive clearance for employment at the Airport and an Airport badge. The City may, upon written notice, require Contractor’s employees to undergo additional background investigations that may be mandated by Federal Aviation Administration, Transportation Security Administration, or another State and/or Federal agency. The City may request Contractor to reassign or remove any employee at any time for improper activities including violating any of the Airport’s Rules and Regulations, and Contractor shall promptly take such action.

  • Background Checks The State may require that the Contractor and Contractor Parties undergo criminal background checks as provided for in the State of Connecticut Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection Administration and Operations Manual or such other State document as governs procedures for background checks. The Contractor and Contractor Parties shall cooperate fully as necessary or reasonably requested with the State and its agents in connection with such background checks.

  • Access and Security Customer shall employ all physical, administrative and technical controls, screening and security procedures and other safeguards necessary to: (a) securely administer the distribution and use of all Access Credentials and protect against any unauthorized access to or use of the Hosted Services; and (b) control the content and use of Customer Data, including the uploading or other provision of Customer Data for Processing by the Hosted Services.

  • Password and Security If you are issued or create any password or other credentials to access the Service or the portion of the Site through which the Service is offered, you agree not to give or make available your password or credentials to any unauthorized individuals, and you agree to be responsible for all actions taken by anyone to whom you have provided such credentials. If you believe that your credentials have been lost or stolen or that someone may attempt to use them to access the Site or Service without your consent, you must inform us at once at the telephone number provided in Section 6 of the General Terms above.   • Background Check The Department or Customer may require the Contractor to conduct background checks of its employees, agents, representatives, and subcontractors as directed by the Department or Customer. The cost of the background checks will be borne by the Contractor. The Department or Customer may require the Contractor to exclude the Contractor’s employees, agents, representatives, or subcontractors based on the background check results. In addition, the Contractor must ensure that all persons have a responsibility to self-report to the Contractor within three (3) calendar days any arrest for any disqualifying offense. The Contractor must notify the Contract Manager within twenty-four (24) hours of all details concerning any reported arrest. Upon the request of the Department or Customer, the Contractor will re-screen any of its employees, agents, representatives, and subcontractors during the term of the Contract.

  • Privacy and Security (a) The Service Provider shall not transmit or store any AHS data outside the borders of Canada, nor transmit any AHS data in Canada to any party not specifically contemplated in this Agreement, without AHS’s prior written consent to each such data transmittal, which consent may be arbitrarily and unreasonably withheld.
