Special Items. Buyer and the Sellers shall jointly calculate the amount of the items specified below in this Section 5.8:
Special Items. 13.1 Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the Seller is also entitled to produce special items, which are made for the Buyer, for third parties.
13.2 The Buyer must approve samples of special items within 14 days of dispatch. If the Seller does not receive a rejection report after 14 days, the samples will be deemed approved.
13.3 Unless expressly agreed otherwise, all models, moulds, samples, forms, drawings and all other equipment and instructions involved with the making of special items are and shall remain the property of the Seller.
13.4 The Buyer is responsible for the costs of replacement, repairs and maintenance of the moulds.
13.5 Drawings, know-how and designs which the Seller places at the disposal of the Buyer may not be copied or passed to third parties for inspection or made public knowledge without the written consent of the Seller. They must be immediately returned to the Seller after use. If any of these terms and conditions is infringed, the Buyer shall pay the Seller an immediately collectable penalty of € 50,000.00 per instance and € 5,000.00 for each day that the infringement continues.
13.6 The Seller has the right to destroy moulds regardless of whether they are the property of the Seller or the Buyer if they have not been used for a period of 2 years. The Seller shall notify the Buyer of its intention to destroy such materials 3 months prior to expiry of the 2 year period.
Special Items. The CM shall schedule any necessary meetings with the A/E and the COUNTY and provide recommendations and information to the A/E and the COUNTY for discussion at such meetings regarding the assignment of responsibilities for refuse removal and for safety precautions and programs; temporary PROJECT facilities and utilities, weather protection, fire protection and scaffolding; and equipment, materials and services for common use of Contractors, if any. The CM shall also review the Contract Documents to verify that the requirements for and assignment of responsibilities are included in the Contract Documents,

a. The Gender Action Plan (GAP) shall also form part of the contract. The contractor shall comply with the measures set forth in the GAP. Further highlighting the project’s benefits in terms of community development, livelihood and income opportunities, gender and participation.
b. The contractor shall adhere with RA 6685, apply core labor laws and regulations and incorporate applicable workplace occupational safety norms; strongly encourage to hire at least 20% women in skilled and unskilled position in civil works; comply with GAD-related legal mandates, including prevention and response to gender-based violence.
c. Establish and implement a mechanism that will prevent and address incidents of sexual harassment and other forms of gender-based violence occurring in the context of civil works at work and affected or surrounding communities/areas.
Special Items. There shall be a Company Minimum Gain Chargeback, Member Minimum Gain Chargeback and Qualified Income Offset, if and to the extent required by the Code or the Regulations.
Special Items. Tickets and moving violations will result in suspension of my driving privileges for a period to be determined by my parents. My parents have no obligation to pay my fines for driving-related tickets.

If Tenant requests Landlord to accelerate the schedule by utilizing overtime, any overtime expense incurred by Landlord for such accelerated schedule shall be treated as a Special Item. THIS CERTIFICATE OF DELIVERY OF POSSESSION OF EXPANSION SPACE, made on this day of , 20 (herein after referred to as the “Certificate”), between SENECA XXXXXXX CORPORATE CENTER III L.L.L.P., a Maryland limited liability limited partnership (hereinafter referred to as “Landlord”); and SENSEONICS, INCORPORATED, a Delaware corporation, qualified to transact business and in good standing under the laws of the State of Maryland (hereinafter referred to as the “Tenant”).

4.1.2. For Built-in Items or item which requires specialist skill on dismantling, assembling or reassembling, and carrying; The team when and if willing to perform the move, will only proceed after the waiver of liability for breakage incurred is signed and dated by the client.
4.1.3. We reserve the right to apply charges and fees to special items and / or not to move the item if the office was not informed at the time of the booking.
Special Items. All tooling, moulds, drawings and equipment, which have been furnished by or charged against K+S WSL will be delivered in good condition (normal wear and tear excepted) to K+S WSL,

An additional payment shall be made where special services are provided to eligible persons in accordance with the list specified from time to time by the Minister for Health & Children with the agreement of the Irish Medical Organisation. The current list of special services includes:
(i) Excisions - cryotherapy - diathermy of skin lesions - warts, verrucca, solar keratosis, cysts papillomata, ingrown toenails, abscesses.
(ii) Suturing of cuts and lacerations.
(iii) Draining of hydroceles.
(iv) Treatment and plugging of dental and nasal haemorrhages.
(v) Recognised vein treatment.
(vi) E.C.G. tests and their interpretation.
(vii) Instruction in the fitting of a diaphragm.
(viii) Removal of adherent foreign bodies from the conjunctival surface of the Eye.
(ix) Removal of lodged or impacted foreign bodies from the Ear, Nose and Throat.
(x) Nebuliser Treatment (in the case of acute asthmatic attack.)
(xi) Bladder Catheterization.
(xii) Attendance at case conferences (in cases where such case conferences are convened by a DCC/MOH).

(xiv) Counselling and fitting of an IUCD
(xv) Pneumococcal Vaccination
(xvi) Influenza Vaccination
(xvii) Pneumococcal/Influenza Vaccinations
(xviii) Hepatitis B Vaccination A fee of €23.30 is payable in respect of the treatment of (i) to (ix). A fee of 34.97 is payable in respect of the treatment of (x) and (xi), €58.29 in respect of treatment (xiii), €40.40 in respect of (xiii), €64.67 in respect of (xiv), €32.08 in respect of (xv) and (xvi), €40.14 in respect of (xvii) and €15.69 in respect of (xviii). A fee of €33.97 is payable for attending a case conference, in addition the appropriate mileage rates will apply where a medical practitioner is required to travel in excess of three miles. The conditions under which these payments may be paid shall be as agreed by the parties from time to time. The fee payable in the case of (v) above will only be paid where sclerotherapy treatment is involved and will not be payable where dressings only are provided. The fee payable in respect of (vi) above will include the recording as well as interpretation of E.C.G. tests. Fees for, special services shall be payable to former District Medical Officers on salary, but the appliances necessary for the provision of these services shall not be supplied by the Health Service Executives.
