Band 4 Sample Clauses

Band 4. (a) Knowledge and experience: i. Employees require proficiency in the use of established technical or administrative processes through a number of years of experience in the field or a qualified tertiary graduate with some years of experience. ii. They require understanding for an activity that may need coordination with other activities.
Band 4. For entry to Band 4, employees are required to have well developed skills and knowledge resulting from a number of years experience in a technical/commercial field and relevant tertiary qualifications which may include studies at postgraduate/second degree level. A significant change to the duties of a position in Band 3 may warrant reclassification to Band 4. A position in Band 4 has the following job characteristics: • Employees in Band 4 require a superior level of technical/commercial skills, acquired through relevant tertiary qualifications and a minimum of four years’ experience in their specialist field. • They require skills in planning, project management and task prioritisation. • They are responsible for identifying, diagnosing, understanding and resolving complex technical problems/issues, this includes initiating ways of rectifying such problems. Problem resolution is a frequent requirement at this level. • They are expected to exercise a high degree of initiative, discretion and judgement in carrying out their duties. • They are subject to guidance and direction by a senior manager in the more complex areas of their work, but generally have a high degree of responsibility and independence in achieving prescribed goals and objectives. • They are expected to understand and respond to client needs and to gain co-operation and assistance from other employees in the performance of their activities. • They are required to write technical reports and, where appropriate, prepare external correspondence. • They may be required to supervise a small team of staff, providing direction, leadership and on-the-job coaching as well as structured training.

  • Geometric visibility The visibility of the illuminating surface, including its visibility in areas which do not appear to be illuminated in the direction of observation considered, shall be ensured within a divergent space defined by generating lines based on the perimeter of the illuminating surface and forming an angle of not less than 5° with the axis of reference of the headlamp.

  • Procedures for Providing NP Through Full NXX Code Migration Where a Party has activated an entire NXX for a single Customer, or activated at least eighty percent (80%) of an NXX for a single Customer, with the remaining numbers in that NXX either reserved for future use by that Customer or otherwise unused, if such Customer chooses to receive Telephone Exchange Service from the other Party, the first Party shall cooperate with the second Party to have the entire NXX reassigned in the LERG (and associated industry databases, routing tables, etc.) to an End Office operated by the second Party. Such transfer will be accomplished with appropriate coordination between the Parties and subject to appropriate industry lead times for movements of NXXs from one switch to another. Neither Party shall charge the other in connection with this coordinated transfer.

  • COVID-19 Vaccine Passports Pursuant to Texas Health and Safety Code, Section 161.0085(c), Contractor certifies that it does not require its customers to provide any documentation certifying the customer’s COVID-19 vaccination or post-transmission recovery on entry to, to gain access to, or to receive service from the Contractor’s business. Contractor acknowledges that such a vaccine or recovery requirement would make Contractor ineligible for a state-funded contract.

  • Teamwork At Citizens’ discretion, Vendor Staff may be required to work in cooperation with another vendor’s staff or report to a supervisor from another vendor. Vendor shall cooperate and cause its staff to cooperate with any other Citizens’ vendor or any other party identified by Citizens.

  • Year 2000 Compatibility Take all action necessary to assure that its computer based systems are able to operate and effectively process data including dates on and after January 1, 2000, and, at the reasonable request of the Administrative Agent or the Required Lenders, provide evidence to the Lenders of such year 2000 compatibility.

  • Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing PNG traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandem Switches and Verizon End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to PNG, the subtending arrangements between PNG Tandem Switches and PNG End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that PNG maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.
