Bargaining Waiver. The parties acknowledge that during the negotiations which resulted in this Agreement, each had the unlimited right and opportunity to make demands and proposals with respect to any subject or matter not removed by law from the area of collective bargaining and that the understandings and agreements arrived at by the parties after the exercise of that right and opportunity are set forth in this Agreement. Therefore, the parties hereto, for the life of this Agreement, each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated, to bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Agreement, even though such subjects or matters may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of any or all of the parties at the time they negotiated or signed this Agreement. The parties further agree, however, that this Agreement may be amended by the mutual consent of the parties in writing at any time during its term.

The parties acknowledge that during the negotiations which resulted in this Agreement, each had the unlimited right and opportunity to make demands and proposals with respect to any matter or subject not removed by law from the area of collective bargaining and that the understanding and agreements arrived at by the parties after the exercise of the right are set forth in this Agreement. Therefore, except as may be expressly allowed by any provision of this Agreement, the Board and the Union for the life of this Agreement, each voluntarily and unqualifiedly, waive any right which might otherwise exist under law, practice or custom to bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to, or covered in this Agreement, or with respect to any subject matter not specifically referred to, or covered in this Agreement, even though such act or matter may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time that the negotiated or signed this Agreement, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter.
Bargaining Waiver. The parties acknowledge that, during the negotiations that resulted in this Agreement, each had the unlimited right and opportunity to make demands and proposals with respect to any subject or matter not removed by law from the area of collective bargaining regarding the employees covered by this Agreement and that the understandings and agreements arrived at by the parties hereto after the exercise of that right and opportunity are fully set forth in this Agreement. Therefore, the parties, each voluntarily and unqualifiedly, waive their right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter, whether specifically referred to or covered by this Agreement, even though the subject may or may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both at the time of negotiations or signing of this Agreement and, accordingly, there shall be no change in matters provided for in this Agreement or in any existing term and condition of employment during the term of this Agreement except as allowed by this Agreement, unless the parties mutually agree to commence the meet and confer process regarding any such matters.
Bargaining Waiver. All matters within the scope of bargaining have been negotiated and agreed upon. The terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement represent the full and complete understanding and commitment between the Employer and the Union. The parties acknowledge that during the negotiations which resulted in this Agreement, each party had the unlimited right and opportunity to make demands and proposals with respect to any subject or matter not removed by law from collective bargaining and that the understandings and agreements arrived at by the parties after the exercise of that right and opportunity are set forth in this Agreement. Therefore, for the life of this Agreement, each party voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to bargain collectively with respect to any matter, whether or not included in this Agreement, except as provided by Article 21 of this Agreement. However, nothing contained herein shall prevent the parties, by mutual agreement, from negotiating on any subject matter, nor will it void any specific provisions in this Agreement that expressly provides for bargaining.
