BASES. 15-2.01. At the effective date of this Agreement, the following cities are recognized as Pilot Bases: Calgary (YYC) Toronto (YYZ) 15-2.02. The Company and the Association agree that if the Company decides to add a new aircraft Type, then the Company shall inform the Association no later than forty- five (45) days prior to the addition of the aircraft Type.
BASES. 16.07.01 For the purpose of this Agreement, the following locations will be recognized as Flight Attendant Bases:
a) CYEG
b) CYYC All pairings will initiate and terminate at a Flight Attendant Base.
16.07.02 In the event Flight Attendant Bases are opened or closed, the Company and the Union will enter into discussions for the purpose of establishing terms and conditions of such.
16.07.03 In the event Flight Attendant Bases are opened or closed, positions will be dealt with in accordance with FILLING OF VACANCIES or LAYOFF, REDUCTIONS, RECALL AND LEAVES OF ABSENCE.
16.07.04 If a new Flight Attendant Base is established and no bids are received, the Company may assign the most junior qualified Flight Attendant.
BASES. (Option 1) The employer provides the worker with a company car. The worker can use this car for work and private purposes from …………………………………………….[please indicate the start date of this agreement] to [please indicate the end date of this agreement]. (Option 2) The employer provides the worker with a company car. The worker can use this car for work and private purposes as long as he / she performs the function for which this car is necessary. (Option 3) The employer provides the worker with a company car. The worker can only use this car for work purposes and as long as he / she performs the function for which this car is necessary. The worker shall give back the car at the end of each working day. [if you choose this option, we advise you to also make the worker sign an agreement forbidding the use of the company car for private purposes.] (Option 4) The employer provides the worker with a company car. The worker can use this car for work and private purposes during the entire duration of the leasing contract signed with the car-leasing company or from………… to……….
BASES. 1 1 .02.1 Company establishment of a New Base(s) The establishment of a new Base(s) by the Company will be communicated to the Union in as timely a manner as possible. The crewing of said Base(s) will be established in consultation with the Union and shall take into consideration the following:
i. Volunteers in order of seniority, classification
ii. New hires at the new Base.
BASES. 10.1. Equilibrium Garden Rooms will issue a drawing highlighting the location of the garden room. Once this location has been established, and work started this area cannot be changed. Equilibrium Garden Rooms are required to follow the rules set out under ‘Permitted development’
10.2. No apertures or fittings for services not supplied by Equilibrium Garden Rooms Ltd will be made unless agreed and confirmed in writing on your Sales Order.
10.3. If an existing base is in situ e.g. concrete slab, Equilibrium Garden Rooms Ltd will either need this removing prior to start or we can provide a cost for removing this . This needs to be established before we start on site so this can b epriced accordingly.
10.4. The Company will not be held liable for any issues with regards to the height of the building if the customer has not levelled the site/ground in accordance with the Site Preparation Notes.
BASES. 11.02.1 Company Establishment of a New Base(s) The establishment of a new Base(s) by the Company will be communicated to the Union in as timely a manner as possible. The crewing of said Base(s) will be established in consultation with the Union and shall take into consideration the following:
a) Volunteers in order of seniority, classification;
b) New hires at the new Base.
11.02.2 Company Relocation of an Existing Base(s) The relocation to a new Base(s) by the Company will be communicated to the Union in as timely a manner as possible with a minimum of six (6) month notice period. The crewing of said Base(s) will be established in consultation with the Union and shall take into consideration the following:
a) Volunteers in order of seniority, classification;
b) Transfer to the new Base(s) in reverse order of seniority, classification;
c) New hires at the new Base.
BASES. 11.02.1 Company establishment of a New Base(s) The establishment of a new Base(s) by the Company will be communicated to the Union in as timely a manner as possible. The crewing of said Base(s) will be established in consultation with the Union and shall take into consideration the following:

11.02.2 Company Relocation of an existing Base(s) The relocation to a new Base(s) by the Company will be communicated to the Union in as timely a manner as possible with a minimum of six (6) month notice period. The crewing of said Base(s) will be established in consultation with the Union and shall take into consideration the following:
i. Volunteers in order of seniority, classification.
ii. Transfer to the new Base(s) in reverse order of seniority, classification.
iii. New hires at the new Base.
BASES. 12.1 Company Base Company will maintain base(s) at Dubai, UAE and Halfaya Oilfield in Iraq for the purposes of this Agreement.
BASES. 2. A Flight Attendant will only declare herself Fatigued when she is legitimately Fatigued.
BASES. 2.1 The rights and obligations of the contracting parties arise from this contract of association, the benefits and financing plan, the rules on costs, the foundation instrument, the rules for the election of employee rep- resentatives to the Board of Foundation and the or- ganization rules. The associated company acknowl- edges the current legal basis and any subsequent amendments made to it
2.2 The benefits and financing plan and the rules on costs form an integral part of the contract of association. The company confirms that it has taken notice of the contents of these documents.
2.3 The relations between the Foundation and the bene- ficiaries (the persons covered by the Foundation) shall be determined exclusively by the pension fund regulations. The pension fund regulations comprise the benefit plan and the General Regulation Provi- sions of the Foundation. The Foundation undertakes to implement the benefit scheme in accordance with the regulations and, in particular, to provide the ben- efits applicable under these regulations.
