BASES. 16.07.01 For the purpose of this Agreement, the following locations will be recognized as Flight Attendant Bases: a) CYEG b) CYYC All pairings will initiate and terminate at a Flight Attendant Base. 16.07.02 In the event Flight Attendant Bases are opened or closed, the Company and the Union will enter into discussions for the purpose of establishing terms and conditions of such. 16.07.03 In the event Flight Attendant Bases are opened or closed, positions will be dealt with in accordance with FILLING OF VACANCIES or LAYOFF, REDUCTIONS, RECALL AND LEAVES OF ABSENCE. 16.07.04 If a new Flight Attendant Base is established and no bids are received, the Company may assign the most junior qualified Flight Attendant.

BASES. 10.1. Equilibrium Garden Rooms will issue a drawing highlighting the location of the garden room. Once this location has been established, and work started this area cannot be changed. Equilibrium Garden Rooms are required to follow the rules set out under ‘Permitted development’ 10.2. No apertures or fittings for services not supplied by Equilibrium Garden Rooms Ltd will be made unless agreed and confirmed in writing on your Sales Order. 10.3. BASES. 2.1 The rights and obligations of the contracting parties arise from this contract of association, the benefits and financing plan, the rules on costs, the foundation instrument, the rules for the election of employee rep- resentatives to the Board of Foundation and the or- ganization rules. The associated company acknowl- edges the current legal basis and any subsequent amendments made to it 2.2 The benefits and financing plan and the rules on costs form an integral part of the contract of association. The company confirms that it has taken notice of the contents of these documents. 2.3 The relations between the Foundation and the bene- ficiaries (the persons covered by the Foundation) shall be determined exclusively by the pension fund regulations. The pension fund regulations comprise the benefit plan and the General Regulation Provi- sions of the Foundation. The Foundation undertakes to implement the benefit scheme in accordance with the regulations and, in particular, to provide the ben- efits applicable under these regulations.
