BCRC. (A) The Association, the Union, various other Employer Associations, and various other unions are members of the Building and Construction Resource Center, Inc. (hereinafter “BCRC”), a non-profit corporation that was formed to provide services in the construction industry, including, but not limited to, education and referral services concerning alcohol, drug and other substance abuse, which purposes are more fully defined in the Articles of Incorporation and By- Laws of said BCRC.

BCRC. The Northern Indiana Chapter NECA and Local 697 IBEW are members of the Building and Construction Resource Center, Inc. (Hereinafter BCRC), a non-profit corporation that was formed to provide services in the construction industry concerning alcohol, drug and other substance abuse. Effective August 27, 2018, ten cents ($.10) shall be forwarded to BCRC. Each Employer is obligated to make such contributions. Payments required to be made to BCRC shall be deemed to be governed by the provisions of this Agreement pertaining to the collection of the Health and Benefit and Pension payments required to be made by the Employers and thus may be enforced in the same manner. The Board of Directors of BCRC have full audit authority of the Employers books and records as they pertain to this contribution.

Effective May 29, 2017, each Employer’s contribution of $.10 per hour worked shall be forwarded to BCRC. Each Employer is obligated to make such contributions. Payments required to be made to BCRC shall be deemed to be governed by the provisions of this Agreement pertaining to the collection of the Health & Welfare and Pension payments required to be made by the Employers and thus may be enforced in the same manner. The Board of Directors of BCRC will have full audit authority of the Employers’ books and records as they pertain to this contribution.
BCRC. Slovakia shall only use the UNEP name, logo and emblem in connection with the Project with the prior written consent of UNEP.
BCRC. Slovakia shall comply with all the above mentioned provisions and agrees that UNEP reserves the right to withhold any payment due to BCRC-Slovakia non- compliance with any of the provisions mentioned hereinabove.
BCRC. Slovakia shall ensure that its personnel meet the highest standards of qualification and technical and professional competence necessary for the achievement of the objectives and results of the Project, and that decisions on employment related to the Project shall be free of discrimination of any nature. BCRC-Slovakia shall ensure that all personnel are free from any conflicts of interest relating to the Project activities.
BCRC. Slovakia shall not seek nor accept instructions regarding the activities under the present Agreement from any Government or other authority external to UNEP.
