Before School. This contract is between, Merrillville Schools Extended Daycare, and , the parent(s)/guardian(s) of , ,& . This contract covers daycare services to be provided for the 2014‐2015 school year. Before School care shall begin on August 20, 2014 and shall end on June 2, 2015. Below is a summary of charges that will be posted to your account monthly. Also, listed are additional fees that will be charged when applicable. Please read all the policies carefully before signing this contract.

Before School. Teachers will report ten (10) minutes before the 8:50 a.m. starting time of the pupils. Homeroom teachers will be in their classroom at this time to greet children. Non-homeroom teachers may be assigned supervisory duties at this time.
Before School. Digital Devices should not be used before school.
Before School. 7:15am to school admittance After School: Dismissal to 5:45 pm (times may vary per site) to include scheduled early dismissal days. Your child will receive snack daily. *Be sure to list all food allergies on Emergency Contact*
Before School. If there is demand, program will run 7:00am until the beginning of the school day. We will run the Before School Program on delayed openings, we will open on the same delay schedule as the district. Participants will be made aware of this through registration materials. Fee for the Before School Program is $198 per month. There is no second child discount for the Before School Program. The Before School Program would be for West Amwell students only. HOLIDAY CARE Holiday care would be offered from 7:00am until 6:00pm on school holidays except: Friday before Labor Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving Friday, December 25th and 26th , January 1st, President’s Day, Good Friday and Memorial Day. We may request building use on some school holidays/closing. TUITION COSTS Monthly program fees are as follows: # of days per week 5 $455 4 $385 3 $321 2 $236 1 $125 Fees include care on school early dismissal days and holidays. 2nd child discount is provided and confidential financial assistance is available through the YMCA’s Open Door Program. DROP IN CARE The Y will provide drop in care which will allow parents who only need the program on an occasional basis to register. DAILY DROP IN FEES Before School Program: $20.00 After School Program: $33.00 Early Dismissal Day: $43.00 Full Day: $ 65.00

  • Middle School At the request of the Superintendent, a middle school teacher may volunteer on a semester basis to teach all the student contact time and be paid one-sixth (1/6) of his/her salary for the semester. This section shall not be used to circumvent the hiring of additional full time teachers.

  • Summer School SUCCESS employees are not eligible for this provision. Employees engaged in teaching summer school shall be granted two summer school days of absence in a single term for either sick leave or emergency leave, or a combination of both, non-accumulative.

  • High School At the request of the Superintendent, a high school teacher may volunteer on a semester basis to teach all the student contact time and be paid one sixth (1/6) of his/her salary for the semester.   • University Any notice may be served upon the University by delivering it, in writing, to the University at the address set forth on the last page of this Agreement, by depositing it in a United States Postal Service deposit box with the postage fully prepaid and with the notice addressed to the University at the aforementioned address, or by sending a facsimile of it to the University facsimile number set forth on the last page of this Agreement.

  • Chancellor The term "Chancellor" as used in this agreement refers to the chief executive officer of the CSU or his/her designee.

  • School Any public elementary or secondary school including a charter school, universal pre- kindergarten program authorized pursuant to Education Law § 3602-e, an approved provider of preschool special education, any other publicly funded pre-kindergarten program, a school serving children in a special act school district as defined in Education Law § 4001, an approved private school for the education of students with disabilities, a State-supported school subject to the provisions of Article 85 of the Education Law, or a State-operated school subject to the provisions of Articles 87 or 88 of the Education Law.

  • The Card 2.1 The Card is and will be, at all times, the property of the Bank and must be surrendered to the Bank immediately upon request by the Bank or its duly authorized agent.
