Common use of Benefit Premiums Clause in Contracts

Benefit Premiums. The College will pay 100% of the premium of the benefits described in 27.02 for regular full-time employees. For regular part-time employees who are eligible to receive these benefits, the College will pay the proportion of the premiums that is the same as the employee's work assignment. All employees on general leave of absence, deferred salary or full-time Union and public duties leave in excess of one (1) month will be responsible for paying 100% of the premiums in advance.
