Benefits for Regular Part. Time and Intermittent Employees Regular part-time and intermittent employees who are regularly scheduled to work more than twenty (20) but less than thirty (30) hours per week shall be considered eligible for 50% of the holiday benefits to which regular, full-time employees are eligible under the Agreement. For purposes of benefits eligibility, part-time and intermittent employees who are regularly scheduled to work thirty (30) or more hours per week shall be considered to be regular, full-time employees. Employees who work twenty (20) or fewer hours per week shall not be considered eligible for benefits under this Agreement. To determine the amount of time worked by an employee, the Employer shall calculate all hours worked by each part-time and intermittent employee once per year. The calculation, once determined, will be used for the successive twelve months whereupon a new calculation will be conducted. In the event a part-time or intermittent employee has not yet been employed long enough to make an accurate twelve- month calculation, said new employee may qualify for holiday pay at either the full rate or the 50% rate if their hours for one month period of time immediately preceding the holiday comply with the formula above.
