Sponsorship Benefits 3.1 INREV agrees to grant the Sponsor the above chosen and described sponsorship benefits.
Implementation Plan The Authority shall cause to be prepared an Implementation Plan meeting the requirements of Public Utilities Code Section 366.2 and any applicable Public Utilities Commission regulations as soon after the Effective Date as reasonably practicable. The Implementation Plan shall not be filed with the Public Utilities Commission until it is approved by the Board in the manner provided by Section 4.9.
Implementation of Strategic Plan Goals This Agreement supports the County’s Strategic Plan, Goal 1, Operational Effectiveness/Fiscal Sustainability. This Agreement will provide revenue reimbursement to the Department for services rendered.
Group Health Benefit Plans, Carrier and Premiums 7.1.1. When enrolment and other requirements for group participation in various plans have been met, the Employer will sponsor such plans to the portion agreed upon and such sponsorship shall not exceed that which is authorized or accepted by the benefit agency.
