Benefits Structuring. During the years of the PLP prior to the year of the leave, any benefits related to salary level shall be structured according to the salary the participant would have received during the deferral period had the employee not been in the PLP.

During the year preceding and the year following the leave, but not during the leave itself, the employee will receive full vacation and holiday benefits in accordance with this Agreement as if employment had been continuous and not interrupted by the year of the leave.
