Bidders Responsibility. By submitting its Bid, a Bidder represents that it has inspected the Stadium and adjacent property and has read and is thoroughly familiar with this Request for Bids and the Contract Documents. Bidders shall familiarize themselves fully with the conditions relating to the Project and the employment of labor thereon. Failure to do so will not relieve a Bidder of its obligation to perform the Work in accordance with the Contract.
