Bidders Responsibility. The bidder shall ascertain that the proposed DBE subcontractor has suitable experience and equipment to perform a commercially useful function for work that is common industry practice in the Tennessee highway construction industry. The Contractor shall develop and maintain records of negotiations with DBEs to reach agreeable prices, quotations and work schedules, including but not limited to a record of dates when the Contractor first contacted each DBE.

The Town Board's decision will be based upon whether or not and to the extent the Homeowners Association contract with its present hauler is a valid and enforceable contract and shall include consideration of whether or not such contract has been entered into or renewed after the date of the resolution establishing and public announcement of mandatory residential services within the District, and/or whether any such contract can be legally terminated or may be enforceable as against or subject such Homeowners Association to a legally enforceable claim for damages, it however being the intent of the Town to mandate District provided service to all residential Units within one to three family homes in the District and to preempt, supersede and/or nullify any such contract that as a matter of law or otherwise is or can be so preempted, superseded or nullified.

3) To ensure smooth operations of the instruments / equipments in accordance with the operation schedule of the buyers
4) To Adhere to the prevailing statutes/ guidelines on Safe , Smooth , services as per standard practice.
5) Deploy qualified and experienced personnel for providing services under the agreement.
6) To attend all the AMC service schedules as mentioned in ATC , otherwise after consultation with buyer always. The Breakdown service call may be attended within the time limit mentioned in ATC, In case of any breakdown.
7) The Bidder shall be responsible for all kind of safety of his representative during deployment at buyers’ office for providing services.
8) The Bidder shall be responsible to ensure the availability of All Spares required during the AMC Service or attending Breakdown Call if required . However, the cost of spares would be borne by the Buyer.
9) The bidder shall be responsible to incur all the costs for any damage/distorts of any parts/spares of machines under AMC due to mishandling of the same.
10) After every service, the Bidder shall report detail of service/recommendation or other points seem to be significant. The reporting shall be done only OFFCIAL STANDARD SERVICE REPORT format.
11) The bidder shall submit only the GST Tax Invoices through GeM Only. No Offline Xxxx will be entertained.
Bidders Responsibility. Each bidder must visit the site of the work and acquaint himself with conditions affecting the work. Bidders shall properly register on the PennBid site. They shall familiarize themselves with the PennBid web site, navigating the PennBid web site, requesting information, the PennBid bidding methodology, completing the PennBid bid form, and the uploading of required bid forms and surety certificates. If needed, it is incumbent upon bidders to request assistance in familiarizing themselves. Bidders are encouraged to contact either PennBid or Pennoni Associates, if assistance is needed.
