Any permanent or temporary shift vacancies due to employees being on vacation, leave of absence, illness, etc. shall be available to Spares by order of seniority. New employees hired between bookings shall hold trainee or Spare status and fill open slots. Spares shall be given the opportunity, provided they are qualified, to select an open permanent shift and give up their Spare status for the remainder of a booking. Notice in writing signed by the employee shall be forwarded to the Union. In an emergency, where no qualified Spares are available, the vacancy may be made available to regular booked employees by order of seniority on the shift where the vacancy has occurred. In order to fill a vacancy, Management may issue a vacancy selection posting which determines who is qualified to fill the vacancy. This does not entitle the selected employee to the rights or privileges associated with permanent For example, after an employee is selected through a vacancy selection posting, the employee may be required to book in order of seniority at a General Booking.   • Bookings By making a booking the Guest offers to conclude an Accommodation Contract. In the case of appropriate availability of the booked room the Guest receives from Motel One a booking confirmation. Upon acceptance of the booking made by the Guest an Accommodation Contract is created between Motel One and the Guest. Motel One’s offers in relation to available rooms are non-binding and subject to change. Motel One can at its own discretion refuse the conclusion of an Accommodation Contact. There is no right to receive overnight accommodation in a particular room. Motel One retains the right to impose restrictions standard within the industry, such as minimum stays, booking guarantees or deposit payments for certain dates.

  • Tickets Each Ticket represents a limited, revocable license to enter the Venue to attend the specific Event listed on the applicable Ticket. No person, except for attendees under the age of three, may enter the Venue without a Ticket, and re-entry is prohibited. Failure to comply with this Agreement shall result in forfeiture of this license and all rights arising hereunder without refund or credit and shall entitle KSE to pursue all legal remedies available.

  • Direct Sales The Manager will advise you promptly, on the Offering Date, as to the Securities purchased by you pursuant to the Underwriting Agreement that you will retain for direct sale. At any time prior to the termination of the applicable AAU, any such Securities that are held by the Manager for sale but not sold may, on your request and at the Manager’s discretion, be released to you for direct sale, and Securities so released to you will no longer be deemed held for sale by the Manager. The food shall be of good quality and have the approval of the Camp Committee of the Building and Construction Trades Council of Ontario. There shall be sufficient housekeeping staff supplied by the Culinary Workers to keep the bunkhouses clean, and beds shall be made up each day by such staff. Kitchen facilities, equipment and food supplies shall be subject to inspection by the duly authorized Camp Committee at any and all times and further all grievances shall be dealt with by said Committee.
