Booking Policy. We have a minimum 3 night stay during low and mid season and 7 night stay for high season.
Booking Policy. Occupancy rates naturally fluctuate throughout the year based on market conditions. When reservation confirmation is received, occupancy rates are locked in for the dates in the reservation. Should occupancy rates go up, you understand you will not be required to pay more. In addition should occupancy rates go down, you understand you will not be entitled to a refund.
Booking Policy. In an effort to further the City’s vision for the Center as an asset to attract sports participants, spectators, and their families to the City and, in turn, to provide a positive economic impact on the City, Manager agrees to work closely with the VBCVB to book tournaments and events that will maximize the economic impact on the City. Manager and the VBCVB will meet weekly to review marketing efforts of both Manager and the VBCVB and to schedule and reserve dates for committed and potential tournaments and events to include, but not limited to, the following: (a) Operator may book any open dates inside nine (9) months. The City shall control all other dates. Within nine (9) months, the Manager may book rentals, leagues, tournaments or other events in its discretion for any open dates with the shared goal with the City of maximizing utilization of the Center in support of sports tourism. The City without Manager’s consent may not overbook any date booked by Manager inside of nine months. Any non-sports events require approval from the City in advance of booking. Manager agrees to cooperate with the VBCVB to adjust any Monday to Thursday scheduled leagues or rental arrangements in order to accommodate any week-long tournaments or events. City shall review all booking proposals and bids with Manager prior to submitting bids or proposals to ensure Manager can successfully execute any requirements and obligations created for Manager in any such bids or proposals. (b) Manager may enter into use agreements for Center utilization Monday through Thursday that have a term in excess of nine (9) months, provided that any such agreement will include language that will allow City to reclaim such time no later than nine (9) months from the event date. The general language of the Center use agreements will be reviewed and approved by the City and the City’s bond counsel no less than nine (9) months prior to the Commencement Date. in the market; (c) Manager will work with VBCVB to set a pricing strategy that is competitive (d) Manager will work with VBCVB to create City-owned, operated and branded events; (e) Manager will work collaboratively with other management/operating groups in adjacent facilities for multi-venue opportunities; (f) Manager will work collaboratively on coordination of parking needs with adjacent facilities; and (g) Manager will present other creative collaborative opportunities that meet the City’s objectives. Booking Policy. The use of the meeting rooms and other portions of the Conference Center Facility shall be in conformance with the Booking Policy to be attached to this Agreement as Exhibit B and made a part hereof upon execution of the Booking Policy. The Booking Policy and any amendments thereto shall be approved by Management Company and Owners. The initial fee schedule to be attached to the Booking Policy and approved by Owners and Management Company for all space, services and goods provided at the Conference Center Facility (“Conference Center Fee Schedule”) shall be attached to this Agreement as Exhibit B-1 and made a part hereof. The Booking Policy and Conference Center Fee Schedule shall be reviewed annually by Management Company and the Owners and the Conference Center Fee Schedule for each Fiscal Year shall be submitted by Management Company to Owners for review and approval sixty (60) days prior to the time Management Company submits the Revised Annual Operating Projection described in Section 9.03 B. Management Company and Owners, with respect to the Hotel Facility, shall abide by and be subject to the Room Blocking Policy to be attached to this Agreement as Exhibit C and made a part hereof upon execution of the Room Blocking Policy, as may be amended from time to time. Booking Policy a) No booking is deemed accepted by the Company until The Guest has provided an online reservation request, complete with valid credit/debit card details and a home or contact address and telephone number, to be completed by the Guest, and submitted to the Company via the specific reservation request form on the Company’s website. b) The Company will charge £25.00 + vat for the administration of the booking process. Such fee will be charged to the Guest at the point of booking, and payment must be taken before the booking is deemed accepted by the Company. This fee is non- refundable. c) The Guest agrees that, by completion of the online reservation request and the submission to the Company of the same, that the Guest has read, understood and agrees to be legally bound by the Stay Periods and Conditions of this Agreement as stated herein. Note that it is not possible to complete the online reservation request without specifically confirming that the Stay Periods and Conditions of this Agreement have been read and understood and that the Guest will agree to be legally bound by the same. Submission of the online reservation request by the Guest is deemed to signify that the Agreement has been electronically signed and confirmed by the Guest. Such agreement, on behalf of the Guest is deemed legally binding under English Law. d) On receipt of a completed online reservation request, the Company will confirm to the Guest, via email, if that reservation request has been accepted by the Company. No reservation request is deemed accepted by the Company until email confirmation of the same has been sent by the Company to the Guest. e) The Company reserves the right to cancel the booking at any time prior to the commencement date of the Agreement without serving prior formal notice on the intended Client. In such an instance the Guest is not entitled to any form of compensation, service or goods from the Company.

When you have successfully booked and completed making payment, an e-mail will be sent to you, with details of your booking and payment. Our reservations staff will then contact you to go through and confirm your booking.
