BOOKS, DIGITAL RESOURCES AND SUPPLEMENTAL MATERIALS. The School District must indicate on the Tuition and Fee Agreement who will provide textbooks (printed or digital resources), for students taking dual credit courses on or before the first day of class. The College approves and updates textbooks as indicated in TJC Board Policy CFE (Regulation). The following procedures must be strictly observed:

BOOKS, DIGITAL RESOURCES AND SUPPLEMENTAL MATERIALS. The School District must provide all textbooks {printed or digital resources), lab equipment, required workforce equipment, software, materials and supplemental materials needed for ECHS students taking dual credit courses and regular college courses on or before the first-class day. The College approves and updates textbooks as indicated in NC Board Policy. The following procedures must be strictly observed: o The College Office of School District Partnerships must provide the School District a list of approved textbooks, digital resources, and supplemental materials for the following academic year by May 1. o Students attending classes on the College campus or via internet must have the current text and materials as required for all NC students enrolled in the course. o Textbooks and materials purchased by the ECHS for college courses on the ECHS campus may be used for a period of up to three (3) years from the date of purchase if bought in the first year of the approved cycle. If the text is not purchased in the first year of the three-year cycle, the textbook will be approved for the remaining years of the cycle.

  • Updated Information Submission by Interconnection Customer The updated information submission by the Interconnection Customer, including manufacturer information, shall occur no later than one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Trial Operation. The Interconnection Customer shall submit a completed copy of the Electric Generating Unit data requirements contained in Appendix 1 to the LGIP. It shall also include any additional information provided to the Participating TO and the CAISO for the Interconnection Studies. Information in this submission shall be the most current Electric Generating Unit design or expected performance data. Information submitted for stability models shall be compatible with the Participating TO and CAISO standard models. If there is no compatible model, the Interconnection Customer will work with a consultant mutually agreed to by the Parties to develop and supply a standard model and associated information. If the Interconnection Customer's data is materially different from what was originally provided to the Participating TO and the CAISO for the Interconnection Studies, then the Participating TO and the CAISO will conduct appropriate studies pursuant to the LGIP to determine the impact on the Participating TO’s Transmission System and affected portions of the CAISO Controlled Grid based on the actual data submitted pursuant to this Article 24.3. The Interconnection Customer shall not begin Trial Operation until such studies are completed and all other requirements of this LGIA are satisfied.
