Common use of BSN/MSN Differential Clause in Contracts

BSN/MSN Differential. Effective October 1, 2015, any nurse 20 who has or obtains an advanced degree in nursing (BSN or MSN) 21 shall be paid a differential of $1.00 per hour. It shall be the nurse’s 22 responsibility to provide appropriate documentation to the Hospital, 23 and the differential shall begin within 30 days after the Hospital 24 receives such documentation from the nurse.
