BSN/MSN Differential. Effective October 1, 2015, any nurse who has or obtains an advanced degree in nursing (BSN or MSN) shall be paid a differential of $1.00 per hour. It shall be the nurse’s responsibility to provide appropriate documentation to the Hospital, and the differential shall begin within thirty (30) days after the Hospital receives such documentation from the nurse.
