BUILDING APPEARANCE/DESIGN REVIEW. The Applicant has proposed minor changes to the building at 00 Xxxxx Xxxxxx. The building at 0 Xxxxx Xxxxxx will have a new first-floor addition and new windows on the second story. Proposed changes to the exteriors of both buildings have been reviewed and supported by the Intown Design Review Committee pursuant to Section 102-1452 (Step 2, Item 4) of the Contract Rezoning ordinance for the Waterfront Mixed Use zoning districts. The improvements constructed to either building through this Agreement shall comply with the building design plans approved by the Intown Design Review Committee, a copy of which are on file in the Code and Planning Department. If the Applicant, at a future date, proposes to make changes to the exterior design of either building, any change in the exterior appearance or the design of the respective buildings on these properties shall be subject to review pursuant to the Intown Design Review process identified in Chapter 80, City Code of Ordinances, rather than the contract rezoning process identified in Chapter 102, Zoning, Article X, Division 4. said changes do not affect the use or size of the structure, said changes shall require the review and approval of the Intown Design Review Committee pursuant to the respective standards that apply to a Type 1 (Sec 80-33) Permit in the City Code of Ordinances, Chapter 80, Intown Design Review. (Note to Council. This paragraph uses language in Condition 3 of the 10-1-19 Agreement) Findings and Conditions established by the Intown Design Review for this proposal on Monday, Decembe 10th, 2018 are attached with the Planning Board recommendations.

  • Schematic Design Phase Services § 3.2.1 The Architect shall review the program and other information furnished by the Owner, and shall review laws, codes, and regulations applicable to the Architect’s services.

  • Design Review At appropriate stages of design, documented reviews of the design results shall be planned and conducted. Participants at each Design Review shall include representatives of all functions concerned with the design stage being reviewed, as well as other specialist personnel, as required. Records of such reviews shall be maintained. Any computer software used to perform alternative calculations or verify clearances through the use of scale models or computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) techniques shall be validated before the use of the application, with validation documented in accordance with Section 2.2.15. In addition, at each submittal to IFA for review, Developer shall provide hand calculations that validate any calculations performed by computer software.

  • Study Area The study area focused on the Bulk Power System in South-Eastern New York between Albany and New York City, and voltages underlying systems at 115 kV and above in the lower Xxxxxx Valley (Zones G, H & I). In the PSS™E power flow base case provided by NYISO, facilities rated at 115 kV and above in PSS™E designated areas 6 through 11 are monitored in the study. These areas are: • Capital District • Xxxxxx • Millwood • Xxxxxxxxx • Con Ed • Long Island

  • Design Development Phase Services 3.3.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Schematic Design Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Design Development Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Design Development Documents shall illustrate and describe the development of the approved Schematic Design Documents and shall consist of drawings and other documents including plans, sections, elevations, typical construction details, and diagrammatic layouts of building systems to fix and describe the size and character of the Project as to architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, and other appropriate elements. The Design Development Documents shall also include outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish, in general, their quality levels.

  • School Improvement The conditions which follow shall govern employee participation in any and all plans, programs, or projects included in the terms, site-based decision making, school improvement, effective schools as provided in Act 197, P.A. 1987 (Section 15.1919 (919b) MSA) or other similar plans:

  • School Improvement Plan As permitted under IC § 20-10.2-3-1.5, the Charter shall serve as the Charter School's strategic and continuous school improvement and achievement plan (hereafter, the "School Improvement Plan").   • Building Commissioning Services The Owner may provide as a part of its testing services the Building Commissioning services involving the project’s HVAC and exhaust systems, temperature control systems, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency power and lighting system, fire suppression system, security locks and security locking control systems, food service equipment (if applicable), and laundry equipment (if applicable). In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well. The Owner, through its Executive Administrator, may engage an independent Commissioning Authority. It is the intent of this Article that the Commissioning Authority enforce the requirements mentioned herein and certify that the systems and equipment listed all function properly prior to the initiation of each final inspection.

  • Work Area The specific work area and/or crew an employee reports to on a daily schedule. Work areas are generally smaller divisions of a larger Bid Area.

  • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least thirty (30) days written notice to the SLDC and GUVNL, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.
