Building Code Compliance. The Owner agrees to cause all new development, construction, remodeling or building additions on said tracts to be in conformance with all applicable City of Urbana codes and regulations including building, zoning and subdivision codes.
Building Code Compliance. Mobile homes are not regulated by the building codes that are typically applicable to stick-built homes in Urbana. Instead, mobile homes are regulated by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through the National Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1974. Article XII (Mobile Home Parks and Mobile Homes) of Chapter 5 of the Urbana Code of Ordinances references this Act. This Article outlines standards for mobile homes in mobile home parks, requires that a mobile home to be placed in a mobile home park be manufactured after June 15, 1976, and requires that these mobile homes comply with the National Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1974. To ensure that the replacement mobile home meets building and safety code standards, the annexation agreement stipulates that the replacement mobile home must meet the requirements of Article XII of Chapter 5 of the Urbana Code of Ordinances even though the subject property is not located within a mobile home park. All other future new development, construction or additions would need to be in conformance with all City of Urbana building, electrical, fire and plumbing codes, orders or regulations in effect at the time of annexation.
Building Code Compliance. The Owner agrees to cause any/all new development, construction, or additions on said tract to be in conformance with all City of Urbana building, electrical, fire and plumbing codes, orders or regulations in effect at the time of annexation. The Owner agrees to submit all building construction plans to the City of Urbana for review and further agrees to pay the building permit fee just as though the construction were taking place within the Urbana City limits. The Owner further agrees to correct any deficiencies identified in said plan review. In addition the Owner agrees that all construction will be subject to the same building and construction inspection requirements as construction projects within the City limits.
Building Code Compliance. A. The LESP shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, building, and construction codes of the Federal government, the State of Florida, the Miami-Dade County, and any municipal corporation within the boundaries where work is to be performed and shall obtain all occupational licenses and permits as required by law.
Building Code Compliance. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER shall ensure compliance with all applicable provisions of the Florida Building Code, including those as set forth in the Contract Documents.
Building Code Compliance. Drawings and Specifications must be in compliance with the City of Fort Xxxxxxx Building Code requirements and the requirements of all other authorities having jurisdiction (“AHJ”), including, but not limited to, Poudre Fire Authority, all departments of Larimer County, and the State of Colorado. Certified Drawings must be stamped with the appropriate Colorado Professional’s Architectural/Engineering stamp when required It shall be the Professional’s direct responsibility to actively and judiciously research all AHJ’s requirements and to work out possible issues and/or conflicts before issuance of final design/construction documents (CD’s).
Building Code Compliance. Homeowner agrees that all work will be done in compliance with Massachusetts building codes and homeowner will obtain all building and other necessary permits.
Building Code Compliance. It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to retain either directly or through independent contractors, qualified design, engineering and drafting personnel to prepare plans, which may be required to obtain building permits and other applicable approvals municipal or governmental authorities. The Purchaser shall be responsible to ensure that correct and complete design loads are specified for the job and to ensure that all local building codes, laws, regulations, ordinances and other requirements mandated by law or contracted for by the end customers are met and complied with respecting the design, purchase and installation of the building. In addition, the Purchaser is responsible for communicating to Steelway the correct and complete design loads, safety and occupancy requirements, and any other controlling factors that are appropriate for the geographic location. Steelway represents only that the Goods will meet the specific loadings outlined in the order. However, Steelway reserves the right to change the design or make structural substitutions which do not materially alter the strength of the Goods. Steelway shall not be responsible for ensuring that the specific loadings are appropriate for the project. Nothing herein should be interpreted as approval of design by Steelway. Steelway assumes no responsibility with respect to the Purchaser’s compliance with or fulfillment of obligations under all local building codes, laws, regulations, ordinances and other requirements mandated by law or contracted for by customers.
Building Code Compliance. Neither Jasox, Xxltak, Bradxx xxx any Subsidiary has received notice of any government agency or court order requiring repairs, alterations or corrections of any existing conditions on the Real Property with respect to which Jasox, Xxltak, Bradxx xx any Subsidiary has not complied. To Jason's knowledge, except as set forth on Schedule 7.16, the Real Property complies in all material respects with all federal, state and municipal laws, ordinances, orders, regulations and requirements.
Building Code Compliance. Neither Seller nor the Shareholder has notice or knowledge of any government agency or court order requiring repairs, alterations or corrections of any existing conditions in the Real Property. To Seller's and the Shareholder's knowledge, the Real Property complies in all material respects with all federal, state and municipal laws, ordinances, orders, regulations and requirements.
