Bulletin Board Use. The right to post notices of activities and matters of Association concerns on bulletin boards in the faculty lounge. If a school does not have a faculty lounge, a location will be identified by the school administrator and the VEA building representative that is frequented by certificated staff and that has reasonably restricted access by the public and students.

Bulletin Board Use. The Association shall have the non-exclusive use of a bulletin board, located in a teachers’ workroom/lounge or other non-public area as designated by the Principal. Any material posted shall be signed by an authorized representative of the Association.
Bulletin Board Use. It is agreed upon that there will be at least one bulletin board in each school building’s main teachers' lounge or workroom for general use of the Association.

Bulletin Board Use. Reasonable space shall be allowed on bulletin boards for use by SEIU to communicate with their represented employees. Inappropriate, discriminatory, libelous, or offensive material will not be permitted. In addition, posted materials shall not be of a partisan political nature, nor shall it pertain to public issues that do not involve the city or its relations to city employees. A copy of the material being posted will be provided to the City Manager or designee within two (2) business days of being posted. Any material posted is subject to the review and approval of the City Manager or designee, and the City reserves the right to remove objectionable material(s).
