C allback Pay. Employees assigned to be on call during the hours outside the employee’s scheduled shift shall be paid four dollars ($4.00) per hour. When called back, the employee shall receive time and one-half (1-1/2) for a minimum of three (3) hours in addition to on-call pay. Travel time to and from the hospital and/or a clinic shall not be considered time worked. The minimum callback hours shall not apply when the employee reports for work in advance of an assigned shift. On-call hours shall not count toward seniority or benefit accrual. Employees on callback shall be provided with signal devices for the time the employee is on standby. Employees who are on low census shall not be required to be on standby for that low census shift.

C allback Pay. Any employee called back to work after clocking out shall be compensated at the rate of time and one-half (1½) the regular rate of pay. When called back, the employee shall receive time and one-half (1½) for a minimum of three (3) hours. Travel time to and from the hospital shall not be considered time worked. In the event a caregiver is performing callback duties remotely while on standby the employee will be compensated for actual time worked at the callback rate in fifteen (15) minute increments. The employee may be required to provide documentation of work performed remotely. The minimum callback hours shall not apply when the employee reports for work in advance of an assigned shift.

  • Callback Pay When an employee is called back to work after having completed their normal workday, they shall be granted a minimum of two (2) hours pay at time and one half. This provision shall not apply when the hours worked are an extension of the employee's workday.

  • Back Pay The resolution of a grievance shall not include provisions for back pay retroactive further than twenty (20) working days prior to the date the grievance is filed. However, if with the exercise of reasonable diligence the act or omission being grieved was not discovered within 10 working days of its occurrence, and the grievance is subsequently timely filed pursuant to Section 3, then the resolution of the grievance may include provision for back pay for a maximum period of one year from the date the grievance was filed.

  • Call Back Pay 1. When an employee returns to work because of an agency/department request made after the employee has completed his or her normal work shift and left the work station, the employee shall be credited with four (4) hours work plus any hours of work in excess of four (4) hours in which the employee is continuously engaged in work for which he or she was called back.

  • Callback from Vacation (a) Employees who have commenced their annual vacation shall not be called back to work, except in cases of extreme emergency.

  • Callback Compensation (a) An Employee who is called back to work and who reports for work shall be compensated for a minimum of four (4) hours at the straight time rate for the period worked, or at the applicable overtime rate, whichever is greater. The minimum guarantee of four (4) hours pay at the straight time rate shall apply only once during each eight (8) consecutive hours on standby.

  • Xxxx Pay We will process xxxx payment transfer requests only to those creditors the Credit Union has designated in the User Instructions and such creditors as you authorize and for whom the Credit Union has the proper vendor code number. We will not process any xxxx payment transfer if the required transaction information is incomplete. We will withdraw the designated funds from your share draft account for xxxx payment transfer by the designated cutoff time on the date you schedule for payment. We will process your xxxx payment transfer within a designated number of days before the date you schedule for payment. You must allow sufficient time for vendors to process your payment after they receive a transfer from us. Please leave as much time as though you were sending your payment by mail.
