C lient Responsibilities. We will use all reasonable efforts to perform any maintenance and support services remotely. Currently, we use a third-party secure unattended connectivity tool called Bomgar, as well as GotoAssist by Citrix. Therefore, you agree to maintain a high-speed internet connection capable of connecting us to your PCs and server(s). You agree to provide us with a login account and local administrative privileges as we may reasonably require to perform remote services. We will, at our option, use the secure connection to assist with proper diagnosis and resolution, subject to any reasonably applicable security protocols. If we can’t resolve a support issue remotely, we may be required to provide onsite services. In such event, you agree to provide us with full and free access to the Tyler Software, working space, adequate facilities within a reasonable distance from the equipment, and use of machines, attachments, features, or other equipment reasonably necessary for us to provide the maintenance and support services, all at no charge to us. We strongly recommend that you also maintain a VPN for backup connectivity purposes.
C lient Responsibilities. Whenever a Client experiences Downtime, that Client must make a support call according to the procedures outlined in the Support Call Process exhibit. The Client will receive a support incident number. To track attainment, the Client must document, in writing, all Downtime that it has experienced during a billing cycle. The Client must deliver such documentation to Tyler within 30 days of a billing cycle’s end. The documentation the Client provides must evidence the Downtime clearly and convincingly. It must include, for example, the support incident number(s) and the date, time and duration of the Downtime(s).
C lient Responsibilities. Client shall: (a) approve access for all Permitted Users to the Cloud Services and shall prevent unauthorized access and use of the Cloud Services. Client shall not, and shall ensure that its Permitted Users do not: (i) sell, resell, lease, lend or otherwise make available the Cloud Services to a third-party; (ii) modify, adapt, translate, or make derivative works of the Cloud Services; or (iii) sublicense or operate the Cloud Services for timesharing, outsourcing, or service bureau operations; (b) provide network connectivity between Client’s local agencies of the U.S. Government shall be in accordance with FAR 52.227-19 (b). Use, duplication and disclosure by DOD agencies are subject solely to the terms of this Agreement, a standard software license agreement as stated in DFARS 227.7202.

  • Resident Responsibilities The Resident agrees to pay all fees specified, to observe all rules and regulations of the University of Connecticut and to abide by the Responsibilities of Community Life: The Student Code, this contract and any addendum, as well as other University publications/policies. Residents assume total responsibility for their room/suite/apartment/house and for the behavior and activities which occur within all assigned living areas. Applicants and/or residents cannot exchange money or favors for a room assignment. Failure to fulfill the terms of the above may lead to termination of this contract, removal from on-campus housing, and a community standards process resulting in a sanction, including but not limited to expulsion.

  • Maintenance Responsibilities 42. Agency shall, at its own expense, maintain operate, and provide power as needed upon Project completion at a minimum level that is consistent with normal depreciation and/or service demand and throughout the useful life of the Project. The useful life of the Project is defined in the Special Provisions. State may conduct periodic inspections during the life of the Project to verify that the Project is properly maintained and continues to serve the purpose for which federal funds were provided. Maintenance and power responsibilities shall survive any termination of the Project Agreement. In the event the Project will include or affect a state highway, this provision does not address maintenance of that state highway.
