Calculation of Fee. All Hosted Services provided by ProjectCompanion shall be debited to the Client in advance each month for the enabled number of User accounts of each type according to Table 1. The Client may upgrade with additional users and storage. Such users and storage will be charged retroactively based on the enabled number of User accounts of each type and used data storage at the end of the month.
Calculation of Fee. In consideration for the services performed by ------------------ Provider under this Agreement, Company shall pay Provider a fee equal to its Costs ("Service Fees").
Calculation of Fee. The Fee will be calculated monthly in accordance with the following provisions:
(a) WLFC will determine the total direct costs and expenses (excluding overhead and other indirect costs and expenses) incurred in each month (or part thereof) to provide the Services under this Agreement (the "Costs"). The Costs will consist of the following:
(i) all direct costs and expenses incurred by WLFC in performance of the Services; and
(ii) an appropriate proportionate allocation of any direct costs and expenses incurred by WLFC partly in performance of the Services and partly in relation to other matters.
(b) The Fee will be equal to the aggregate of the Costs plus 12.5%.
Calculation of Fee. 8.2.1 In respect of the PFA Accounting Period beginning on the PFA Commencement Date the Annual Fee for that PFA Accounting Period shall be (pound)1,250,000 (the "Base Sum").
8.2.2 In respect of each PFA Accounting Period beginning on an anniversary of the PFA Commencement Date the Annual Fee (expressed in pounds sterling) for that PFA Accounting Period shall be calculated in accordance with the following formulae:-
Calculation of Fee. Subject always to the foregoing, the Franchise Fee payable by the Utility to the County shall be calculated and paid as follows:
(a) the setting and changes to the Franchise Fee shall be subject to establishment by County Council from time to time by bylaw;
(b) alterations to the Franchise Fee shall occur no more often than once annually;
(c) the maximum amount of the Franchise Fee shall be ten (10%) percent of gross utility accounts collected by the Utility (excluding goods and services taxes and similar taxes), including consumption rate/commodity charge, the fixed rate, and any surcharges;
(d) the Franchise Fee shall be reviewed annually by the County in consultation with the Utility;
(e) prior to seeking approval of or the imposition of any Franchise Fee or amendments thereto, the County shall consult with the Utility for the purposes of establishing the Franchise Fee;
(f) the Franchise Fee shall be:
(i) for the years 2022 to 2027 inclusive: zero; and
(ii) for the years from and including 2028: as determined by County Council;
(g) the Utility shall collect and pay the Franchise Fee amount to the County, on a quarterly basis (or such more frequent basis as the Utility may choose to invoice customers), within sixty (60) days after billing each customers;
(h) concurrently with payment of the Franchise Fee amount the Utility shall provide to the County the financial information used by the Utility to verify the Franchise Fee amount; and
(i) the Utility shall disclose to each customer the Franchise Fee amount, in dollars, on each bill.
Calculation of Fee. As stated in Appendix 4, the Consultant shall be entitled to a fixed fee. The fee shall be invoiced in accordance with the payment plan stated in Appendix 4 based on milestones in the schedule and plan of activities, cf. Appendix 3. Any invoicing in accordance with the payment plan in Appendix 4 shall be subject to the Customer's approval based on the Consultant's documentation showing that the Consultant has duly performed all part tasks or other tasks to be performed under the schedule and plan of activities (Appendix 3). If this is not the case, the payment of the Consultant's fee shall be postponed until such time when the Consultant has documented that the tasks assumed under the schedule and plan of activities have been performed. The Consultant shall, irrespective of whether a fixed fee has been agreed, prepa re a statement showing the Consultant's actual consumption of hours. Such statement shall be submitted to the Customer on the first day of each month.
Calculation of Fee i. The nursery year runs from January 1st to December 31st. The nursery closes for one week at Christmas and all Bank holidays.
ii. The fees payable by the parent/guardian are calculated by taking the child’s weekly attendance fee, multiplying the same by 50 and dividing by 12 to give a monthly payment which is required in accordance with clause 3 i). The nursery does not permit the payment of fees on a daily or weekly basis.
iii. The nursery does not permit the pro-rata reduction of payment of fees owing to the child being absent from the nursery due to illness or holidays whilst the nursery is open. The parent/guardian is therefore obliged to make full payment. In the event of payment not being made then the nursery reserves its rights to terminate this agreement in accordance with clause 3 ii).
Calculation of Fee. The Management Fee for each fiscal quarter shall be an amount equal to the lesser of (i) five-eighths of one percent (.625%)of the Company's Combined Capital plus $31,250 if the Capital Commitment is less than $20,000,000, or (ii) five-eighths of one percent (.625%) of the value of the Company's assets as determined from time to time in good faith by the Management Board. However (A) the Management Fee for each of the Company's first and last fiscal periods of the Company shall be proportionately reduced based upon the ratio that the number of days in each such period bears to ninety (90), and (B) that an additional Management Fee shall be payable upon the date of any increase in the Combined Capital of the Company or value of the Company's assets, as applicable, to reflect the increased Combined Capital during the remainder of the quarter by a proportionate increase based upon the ratio that the number of days in such remainder of the quarter bears to ninety (90); and (C) that the Management Fee for the next quarter shall be reduced to reflect any decrease in the Combined Capital of the Company or value of the Company's assets, as applicable, during the remainder of the prior quarter by a proportionate decrease based upon the ratio that the number of days in such remainder of that quarter bears to ninety (90).
Calculation of Fee. (a) In consideration for SNI providing the baseline resources set out in the Master Schedule, Customer must pay the Infrastructure Resource Baseline fee set out in the Master Schedule.
(b) In addition to paragraph (a), Customer must pay SNI the Personnel Resource Baseline fees set out in the Master Schedule.
(c) All of payments under paragraphs (a) and (b) must be in accordance with the process and calculation as set out in the Master Schedule.
