Common use of Callback Clause in Contracts

Callback. A. When an overtime-eligible employee has left the university grounds and is called to return to the work station outside of regularly scheduled hours to handle emergency situations that could not be anticipated, they will receive three (3) hours penalty pay plus time actually worked. The penalty pay will be compensated at the regular rate with supervisor’s approval these hours may be converted into compensatory time.
