Common use of Callback Clause in Contracts

Callback. A callback is a recall to duty of an employee after the employee has completed their regularly scheduled shift and the employee has stopped working and departed the premises, or when the employee is on days off or paid leave of absence. All callbacks are subject to a three (3) hour minimum and shall be compensated at the applicable overtime rate.

Callback. All callbacks are subject to a three (3) hour minimum and Callbacks shall be compensated for at the applicable appropriate overtime rateor straight time rate of pay, as stated above, for all hours worked on callback, with a guaranteed minimum of two (2) hours at such overtime rate of pay for each callback. It is expressly understood that there will be no busy work during callback assignments.
