Cancellation of Participation. Cancellation of the employee’s membership in the Catastrophic Leave Bank occurs automatically whenever he/she fails to make an assessed contribution. The employee shall not be eligible to draw from the bank as of the effective date of cancellation. Xxxx Leave previously authorized for contribution to the Catastrophic Leave Bank shall not be returned to the employee’s account of accumulated Sick Leave.
Cancellation of Participation. Exhibitor may cancel either its participation in the show or a portion of its exhibit space only upon written notification to INTIX Business Development and subject to the following schedule of liability:
a) Notification received by INTIX on or before October 1, 2023 exhibitor shall be liable for one half of the total exhibit fee; b) Notification received by INTIX after October 1, 2023 exhibitor shall be liable for the total exhibit fee. If, because of war, fire, labor strikes, picketing, exhibit facility construction or renovation project, government regulation, public catastrophe, bomb threats, terrorist acts, acts of God or the public enemy or other cause beyond the control of INTIX, the Conference or any part thereof is prevented from being held, and is cancelled by INTIX or the Conference Space becomes unavailable, INTIX in its sole discretion, shall determine and refund to the Exhibitor or Sponsor its proportionate share of the balance of the agreed upon exhibit or sponsor fees received by INTIX, which remains after deduction of reasonable compensation to INTIX for services provided but in no case shall the amount of the refund to the Exhibitor exceed the amount of the fee paid by the Exhibitor/ Sponsor.
Cancellation of Participation. Any Participant may cancel his or her participation in the Program by providing email notification of cancellation (“Cancellation Notice”) not less than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the next scheduled Issue Date. In order to be effective, Cancellation Notices must be sent to xxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx.

The unit member shall 7 not be eligible to draw from the Bank as of the effective date of cancellation. Cancellation of Participation. 2.4.1. Subject to 2.1.9., the Participant may cancel its offer of participation prior to receiving the Confirmation of Application. Cancellation of the offer of participation requires written form or documentary form of a scan of a written statement on the cancellation of the offer signed by an authorised person in accordance with the rules of representation in a manner enabling the identification of the person submitting the statement—under pain of invalidity. The scan of the statement should be sent to the Organiser’s Email Address.
2.4.2. The date of the receipt of the letter/scan (containing the statement of cancellation) by the Organiser shall be construed as the cancellation date of the offer of participation.

A. Notification received by NJEA on or before September 9, 2016 Exhibitor shall be liable for one half of the total exhibit fee;
B. Notification received by NJEA after September 9, 2016 Exhibitor shall be liable for the total exhibit fee.
C. All such sums that are retained or are owing may be retained by NJEA, in its discretion, as liquidated damages. In addition, NJEA shall have the right, at its option, to instead pursue another legal or equitable remedies available to it in the event exhibitor defaults or fails to exhibit.
D. If, because of fire, earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, weather conditions which make travel inadvisable, explosions, labor disputes or strikes involving the Exhibitor or its employees, which shall be deemed as automatically resulting in failure of perfor- xxxxx, strikes involving other persons or entities, terrorism, war, acts of governmental authority, emergencies, significant health restrictions, illness of the exhibitor which pre- vents performance, or accidents, exhibit facility construction or renovation project, gov- ernment regulation, public catastrophe, bomb threats, act of God or the public enemy or other cause beyond the control of NJEA, the Show or any part thereof is prevented from being held, is cancelled by NJEA, or the Exhibit Space becomes unavailable, NJEA, in its sole discretion, shall determine and refund to the Exhibitor its proportionate share of the balance of the exhibit fees received by NJEA which remains after deducting expenses incurred by NJEA in connection with the Show and reasonable compensation to NJEA, but in no case shall the amount of the refund to the Exhibitor exceed the amount of the exhibit fee paid by the Exhibitor.
Cancellation of Participation. In the event of the Exhibitor's cancellation of participation, the Organizer retains 100% of the bid amount.
