Care of Apartment. You will take good care of the apartment and all of the appliances that we have provided for your use. If you damage the apartment or appliances provided by us, you will be responsible for the cost of the necessary repairs or replacement. If heat is included, windows will be kept closed during the winter months. You are responsible for the installation and maintenance of your telephone and cable television services in the apartment. Cable or internet service installation should be scheduled Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. You will pay a fee for after- hours appointments. We must have 24 hours advance notice. You will not install any outside radio, satellite dish or television antenna or have a waterbed, clothes washer or clothes dryer in the apartment (unless hook ups are provided), or make any repairs, changes or connections to the plumbing, heating, or electrical systems. If the apartment has a water- saving showerhead or water-saving aerators in the sink faucets when you move in, you may not remove or disable these devices. You will use plumbing fixtures only for their intended purpose and will not throw any improper material or objects into the plumbing fixtures. You will be held responsible for the cost of repair if a foreign object is found in the bathroom or kitchen plumbing fixtures. You shall immediately report any water leaks such as toilets, faucets, appliances, windows, roofs, etc. to the Stamford office. You will not install your own air conditioner in the apartment. You will not use any electric appliances that are dangerous or that do not use ordinary electrical plugs. You will not make any physical changes to the apartment or place any wallpaper or wall covering materials on its walls. You will not attach any type of stick-on picture hooks. You will not paint the apartment without our prior written consent. If permission to paint is given, you must use white or off white. No color paint is permitted. You will not dry or display any laundry outside the apartment unless we provide you with an area to do so. You will not bring into the apartment anything which increases the cost of fire or liability insurance which we keep on the property. Outdoor grills are prohibited. You will comply with all governmental laws and regulations. Care of Apartment. The Resident agrees to immediately notify University personnel, CCA Housing staff, and it’s agent of any defects or dangerous conditions in and about the premises of which they have become aware and cooperate with the University in the care and maintenance of the buildings and grounds. Care of Apartment. 9.1 Xxxxxx agrees to use due care in the use of the premises, its appliances, and all other parts of Landlord’s property. Xxxxxx agrees to give notice to Landlord of the need for repair to the premises. Tenant agrees to pay for all repairs to the premises, its contents, and to all other parts of Landlord’s property necessitated by any lack of care on the part of Tenant, members of Tenant’s family, or Xxxxxx’s visitors. 9.2 Upon vacating the premises, appliances must be left clean, carpets should be shampooed, and the apartment should be left in the same condition as upon move- in, normal use and wear only excepted. If painting is required and Tenant has been in possession of the premises for less than three years, then a pro-rated share of the cost to paint the premises will be charged to Tenant.
Care of Apartment. Mold occurs naturally in the environment, and there currently exists no federal or state standards for permissible levels of mold. Undersigned is required to take steps to control the growth of mold and by notifying the University Village office immediately about the existence of water leakage or overflow in or about the premises. Pests can be a nuisance as well as a health concern. If you have any problem with any pests (ants, mice, bed bugs, etc.) in or around your apartment, please contact the University Village office at (000) 000-0000 or emergency maintenance at (000) 000-0000. For non-emergencies, submit an online maintenance request at the online maintenance request link xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx. Care of Apartment. You will keep the Apartment and all fixtures and appliances in a clean and safe condition. You will remove all ashes, garbage, rubbish and other waste in a clean and safe manner to the place provided by us. You will use all electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning (if any) and other facilities and appliances in a reasonable manner. You will not destroy or damage any part of the Apartment or any of our furnishings or appliances in the Apartment. You also will not remove any of our furnishings or appliances from the Apartment. We will maintain the grounds and plow snow from driveways. You will be responsible for shoveling of walkways, etc.

Care of Apartment a. Resident shall not paint, wallpaper or otherwise change and shall not make nor suffer any additions or alterations to be made in or on the Apartment or the Building without the prior written consent of Landlord in each instance. Resident shall not install washing machines, air-conditioning units, space heaters, clothes dryers, or other large appliances or similar equipment without the prior written consent of Landlord in each instance. b. At the termination of this Lease, Resident shall deliver up the Apartment (including all property belonging to Landlord) in good, clean and tenantable order and condition, reasonable wear and tear accepted. At such time, the Apartment (including any parking or storage areas in the Building used by Resident) shall be broom-swept and clean and free of all Resident’s possessions and debris. c. No television aerials or satellite dishes or other like equipment shall be installed without the prior consent of Landlord. Landlord will not approve such to be attached or affixed (as by screws) to the Building. d. No waterbeds shall be permitted in the Apartment.
Care of Apartment. You agree keep the Apartment and all fixtures and appliances in a clean, safe and habitable condition. You will remove all ashes, garbage, rubbish and other waste in a clean and safe manner to the place provided by us. PAINT: You will not re-paint this apartment unless approved by the management. (If approved, you will be charged $200.00 per room to bring each room back to its original color and or conditions.) Absolutely no wallpaper will be permitted. This apartment was freshly painted in 2012.

  • Childcare 8.1. One third credit shall be given where a teacher resigns or takes leave from the New Zealand teaching service in order to care for her/his own children provided that the teacher was a certificated teacher (or equivalent) at the time of resigning or taking leave, otherwise no credit will be given.

  • Health Care Operations “Health Care Operations” shall have the same meaning as the term “health care operations” in 45 CFR §164.501.

  • Hospice Individuals whose permanent residence and principal work location are outside the State of Minnesota and outside of the service areas of the health plans participating in Advantage. If these individuals use the plan administrator’s national preferred provider organization in their area, services will be covered at Benefit Level Two. If a national preferred provider is not available in their area, services will be covered at Benefit Level Two through any other provider available in their area. If the national preferred provider organization is available but not used, benefits will be paid at the POS level described in paragraph “i” below. All terms and conditions outlined in the Summary of Benefits will apply.

  • Residence Community Living Standards The Residence Community Living Standards (“RCLS”) forms a part of this Agreement. It details the rights, responsibilities, and privileges of Residents as well as the residence conduct process. Each Resident is responsible for reading, understanding, and adhering to the terms outlined within the RCLS. The Manager and the Institution may amend the terms of the RCLS from time to time and may post the amendments in the Residence. Failure to abide by the RCLS may result in eviction from Residence and termination of this Agreement as per the violations and sanctions outlined in the RCLS, and as stated in section 8.01(d).   • Cardiac Rehabilitation This plan covers services provided in a cardiac rehabilitation program up to the benefit limit shown in the Summary of Medical Benefits.

  • Shopping Goods and works estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.

  • Platby In consideration for the proper performance of the Study by Site in compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, payments shall be made in accordance with the provisions set forth in Attachment A, with the last payment being made after the Site completes all its obligations hereunder, and IQVIA has received all properly completed CRFs and, if IQVIA requests, all other Confidential Information (as defined below).
