Carry Over Hours. Up to 50 hours of unused Union release time may carryover at the end of the fiscal year. Total available hours in any fiscal year shall not exceed two hundred (200) hours.

Carry Over (a) Where in any vacation year an employee has not been granted all the vacation leave credited to him, the unused portion of his vacation leave shall be carried over.
Vacation Carry Over (a) A regular employee may carry over up to five (5) days vacation leave per year except that such vacation carryover shall not exceed ten (10) days at any time. An employee shall not receive pay in lieu of vacation time, except upon retirement or termination. All vacation time not requested for scheduling or carryover by three (3) months prior to the end of the vacation year will be scheduled by the Employer following consultation with the employee.
Carry-Over Provisions The provisions of this article are in addition to the provisions of Article 12(e), and nothing in this article shall be construed to modify or amend the provisions of Article 12(e). Any contractor electing to sell project water during any year in accordance with the provisions of subdivision (d) of this article, shall not be precluded from using the provisions of Article 12(e) for carrying over water from the last three months of that year into the first three months of the succeeding year.
Planned Overtime In making planned overtime assignments the Employer shall first assign overtime on an equal opportunity basis according to each section’s procedure (Schedule E), as agreed to by the parties. Initial Contract Term The Initial Contract Term shall be for two years. The Initial Contract Term shall begin on October 1, 2021, or on the last date the Contract is signed by all Parties, whichever is later. The Contract shall expire on October 1, 2023, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the Special Contract Conditions or Additional Special Contract Conditions.
Unit Weekend Schedule A unit weekend schedule may be developed in order to meet the Hospital’s need for weekend staff, and individual nurses’ preference for a weekend work schedule. A unit weekend schedule is defined as a schedule in which a full-time nurse works a weekly average of thirty (30) hours and is paid for 37.5 hours at her or his regular straight time hourly rate. The schedule must include two 11.25 hour tours, which fall within a weekend period as determined by the Hospital and the Association. A nurse working a weekend schedule will work every weekend except as provided for in the provisions below. If the Hospital and the Association agree to a unit weekend schedule, the introduction of that schedule and the manner in which the position(s) are filled, shall be determined by the local parties and recorded in the Appendix of Local Provisions. This unit schedule may be discontinued by either party with notice as determined within the Appendix of Local Provisions. A2 Initial Contract Period The Contract shall take effect on the Commencement Date and shall expire automatically on 30 June 2013, unless it is otherwise terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Contract, or otherwise lawfully terminated, or extended under clause F8 (Extension of Initial Contract Period).
