Catalogs. Supplier shall have web based catalog(s) and may deliver hard copies, CD-ROM, or electronic media copies of the most current catalog to each Purchasing Entity upon request. Supplier should provide Lead State with electronic copy of its most recent catalog within five (5) business days of publication.
Catalogs. If required herein, Bidder shall submit a current electronic catalog with their bid. The catalog must include the price for each item offered in the catalog. Upon award, successful Bidders shall furnish the same catalog (s) to any requesting department within San Diego Unified School District on as-needed basis. District sites may be obtained on our website at xxx.xxxxx.net.
Catalogs. The Contractor’s catalogs furnished with the RFP response shall become a part of the Contract, and/or as negotiated. Contractor’s name and address should appear on all catalogs. Where a price list shows more than one column of prices, the Contractor shall clearly identify the column, which represents the gross prices charged to the Commonwealth and Participating Entities. Upon request, the Contractor shall furnish catalogs for items awarded directly to the Commonwealth and Participating Entities within three (3) business days.
Catalogs. (i) EFS agrees that (A) the first issue of each of the Catalogs shall be sent to consumers by March 15, 2008; and (B) no later than Xxxxx 0, 0000, XXX shall be ready to perform all aspects of administration of the Catalog business, including, but not limited to, all Fulfillment Services.
(ii) EFS shall provide a copy of each Catalog to Client for review and approval not less than five (5) business days prior to printing. EFS shall promptly make any changes to the Catalog as may be reasonably requested by Client. No Catalog shall be sent to printing without the written approval of Client, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Catalogs. GE Aerospace shall publish from time to time, but no less frequently than annually, GE Aerospace price list catalogs for the Common LM Products and Services that GE Aerospace sells to the ADGTJV (each a “GE Aerospace Price Catalog” and, collectively, the “GE Aerospace Price Catalogs”). GE Aerospace agrees to take into consideration JV Field of Use market conditions when establishing Common LM Products and Services pricing in the GE Aerospace Price Catalogs and provide rationale for pricing to ADGTJV upon request. GE Aerospace shall provide ADGTJV with a list of the Non-Common LM Products and Services along with the annual GE Aerospace Price Catalog. ADGTJV shall publish from time to time, but no less frequently than annually, an ADGTJV price list catalog for LM Products, Spare Parts and Services (each an “ADGTJV Price Catalog” and, collectively, the “ADGTJV Price Catalogs”). ADGTJV may establish its own pricing in the ADGTJV Price Catalogs for all Non-Common LM Products and Services, but the pricing for all Common LM Products and Services in the ADGTJV Price Catalogs shall be the same pricing published by GE Aerospace in the GE Aerospace Price Section 7.11.
Catalogs. Contractor must provide paper and/or computer media catalogs to any Ordering Entity upon request, for the duration of this Contract.
Catalogs. Contractor shall maintain a website at xxx.xxxx.xxx/xx for the Commonwealth which is programmed with the IT Hardware covered in this Contract at the prices negotiated with the Commonwealth through the RFP process. Contractor will provide and maintain individual case files, on-line-consulting, planning and process documentation. Such an application should allow for;
a. Facilitating an initial on-line consultation between subject, employer/consular, IT representative, hardware/software supplier, and initial assessor.
b. Allow for documentation of the entire process in a case file format that includes a formal plan for the individual, the actual purchases made, and training completed.
c. The application should contain sufficient security to maintain patient privacy, yet allow for necessary employer access.
Catalogs. Vendor will, at its cost, develop catalogs appropriate for EquipNet's clients including a general product overview, a wound care/diabetic/med/surg and a patient aids catalog. Four pages--outside and insider front and back covers--will be custom for EquipNet. Vendor will be sponsored in this as EquipNet's distribution partner. The diabetic/wound care/med-surg with basic DME will be available within 6 weeks of the date above.
Catalogs. The Participating Institutions have selected the following Catalog(s) for access during the Access Period.
2.1. The Licensee will be invoiced for the Total Minimum Commitment at the commencement of the Access Period as set in Payment Terms.
Catalogs. Contractor shall supply electronic (preferred) catalogs of those manufacturers they are authorized to sell upon Client Agency request. If electronic catalogs are not available, Contractor shall furnish and deliver catalogs to requesting Client Agency.
