Product Overview. The term “Product Overview” means the description of the Subscription Service, as updated from time to time by MobiChord.

This Product Description is a supplement to, and constitutes an integral part of, the Physician Master Agreement (“Master Agreement”) between Children’s Community Physicians Association (“CCPA”) and the Physician who has executed the Master Agreement and accepted the terms of the Product Description pursuant to the previsions of that Master Agreement. The CCPA Board of Directors has approved this Product Description. CCPA shall inform Physician as to the identity of each such Payor. Payors may change this Product’s number and type of coverage plans, covered services, copayments and other features not inconsistent with this Product Description with the consent of CCPA. CCPA shall inform Physician of any changes by official notice and in the form of supplements to the Policy and Procedure Manual.

Product Overview. 4.2.1. Verification that the DQR candidate satisfactorily performed their required duties on an actual product release is required. The product release will be reviewed by an MRAS QR using standard criteria covering critical elements.
4.2.2. A satisfactory release of the 1st Lot overviewed will qualify the candidate for certification as a DQR. Any deficiency noted by the MRAS QR on the 1st Lot released will at a minimum, require a 2nd Lot overview. A satisfactory release of the 2nd lot will qualify the candidate for certification. An unsatisfactory overview on the 2nd lot will require a reassessment by MRAS of the candidate to determine eligibility and qualification.
4.2.3. Supplier systemic deficiencies that adversely affect the candidate’s ability to perform the required duties satisfactorily are subject to review by MRAS through DQR Audit evaluation.
