CATEGORIES OF EMPLOYEES. (a) All employees will be designated as either Part-Time or Regular, depending solely on their availability. (b) Any employee who is prepared to make himself available without restriction, will qualify for Regular status, and any employee who is unwilling to do so, will be given Part-Time status. (c) An employee with Part-Time status, other than one employed in the Banquets Department, shall be required to register his availability for specific times of the day or days of the week.
