Center for Women. The committee shall meet once a month for a reasonable time to discuss mutual problems and concerns to the Union and the Center for Women. Two weeks before the scheduled meeting, the Union will submit an anticipated agenda. The Union shall also notify Virtua of the attendees at least one week prior to the meeting. Minutes will be kept by Virtua and distributed to all participants. Committee members shall be afforded time during the workday to attend such meetings. Union members shall receive pay for time spent at such meetings.
