Change of Duties. The Escrow Holder’s duties hereunder may be altered, amended, modified, or revoked only by a writing signed by all of the parties hereto; provided, however, that the Company may at any time, at its option, elect to terminate this escrow by notice to the Optionee and the Escrow Holder.

Change of Duties. The duties of Executive may be modified from time to time by the mutual consent of the Company and Executive without resulting in a rescission of this Agreement. The mutual written consent of the Company and Executive shall constitute execution of that modification.
